Landscape Locators

Description of Work: Although they advertise themselves as being a company who can help with "any type of landscape or hardscape project" and say they can help you design your yard, that is not at all the case unless your budget is large enough. I was told we weren't a "good fit" for each other because my job is not large enough for their contractors and since I need design, it was not appropriate for their gardener service either, and they recommended I "make a plan" that I could send out to bid myself. I had already provided a rough plan of what I wanted but was hoping for help proving the design and with the bid process, which is what their Business Description says they do, so I found this very unhelpful. They need to be clear that it's only worth their while if the job is over $15-20k.

Description of Work: Cleaned up a very bad back yard, took the ivy off the house and most of all got rid of that morning glory that took over the whole yard. I am very satisfied and I am looking forward to the weekly service.

Description of Work: When a lot of companies would ignore my email and project as a waste of time. This company responded to my email. Their response was quick and honest.

Description of Work: Did a wonderful cleanup on my front and back yard including the tidying of a path and relaying stepping stones and adding bark. It was done in quick order due to a party at my house. Very efficient and spoke English so that I didn't have to mess with my broken Spanish. I have kept Jerry on as my full time gardener. Give them a call, I'm sure you'll appreciate their work. Also, they have email and are in the 21st century. A real plus for communication.

Description of Work: I have used LL as my bi-weekly lawncare specialist for two years without really thinking about it. In early March, I observed that a prominent flax bush had been damaged. I called LL to ask their knowledge of the incident. They sent a crew out immediately and responded that they had not seen the damage in their last visit. However, without documenting their actions, they completely removed the flax. I had a fence painter from my HOA review the situation and volunteer to pay a reasonable cost to remove and replace the flax. I contacted LL for an estimate, and they responded with a cost estimate that other professionals deemed exorbitant. I was delayed in completing the job with an alternate landscaper. LL was inflexible with current client in helping to resolve this incident. I have since decided to discontinue my efforts with LL.

They did some extra work I requested, planting some flowers on various pots in our backyard. They trimmed and skinned palms and weeded my roses and trimmed our pines...

Description of Work: Owner, Keven, came personally to my home for an assessment. I have a small yard with fruit trees and flower beds.The property needed weeding, trimming and shaping of topiaries. An experienced crew was hand selected for me, and I have been exceedingly satisfied with the work. I contracted with Landscape Locators for weekly service and I am very pleased with this service.. The owner of this company is a professional with knowledge and a helpful attitude. For landscape and yard work I would highly recommend Keven Bussell of Landscape Locators. Description of Work: They have come only twice, since signing up, but so far they seem to be doing a good job.
