Our initial inspection was done by Nick who was thorough and answered all of the many questions that I had.  We were pleased with his professionalism.  The actual treatment was performed by Andrew on the very next day.  He was on time for the scheduled appointment and very pleasant to deal with.  I watched as he used the Electrogun and found him to be very thorough and took his time to make sure that all the infected areas were treated.  He too, was very polite and professional in answering my questions.  I was very pleased dealing with Ecola and would highly recommend them.

I've been with them for probably 15 years. What they do works, it's not invasive, and they are very good. If I have a problem and have seen termites, they just come right out, fix it, and no problem. The price was reasonable.

The initial inspector was very professional and gave us an accurate inspection and game plan to eliminate existing termites. We asked for this inspection as a second opinion and decided to use Ecola. The workers applying the treatments were also professional and informative. The work sites were left in good condition. We will be replacing the door and frame in the treated area. We were assured that if we found more termites at that time Ecola would return for additional treatment as part of the guarantee.

So far all signs of termites are gone. Unfortunately, the heat treatment burned out three outlets. We reported the problem immediately, but the initial response was that we must have old outlets. My husband got in touch with Daniel Soto, a service rep for the company. A week passed before a technician came out to repair the outlets. Apparently he was just a handy man and had no idea how to make the repairs. Now we are waiting for someone else to come out and make the repairs.

They showed up for the appointment on time and took them 3 hours to treat the whole house for termites. They were all very professional but not very thorough. I noticed that they did not treat my storage room and found traces of dry wood termites, so we had to call them back to treat that location. After I came back from work I was checking how well they did their work and noticed they missed another area of possible dry wood termite infestation so I am going to have to call them back again, which is very annoying. The pest control technician was also on time and was very professional but he left a lot of spider webs and a couple of dead black widows in the garage and a few spider webs by the swimming pool equipment, we tried to have them come back to get rid of all those spider webs and dead black widows but they said it is not covered by the warranty, and I know there are other companies out there that get rid of all the visible spider webs and dead spiders, so I was not very pleased about their quality of work overall. One thing I really liked was that they have non toxic ways of getting rid of the termites and pests, so that's a good option to use. Once my 2 year warranty for the termites end and once my 1 year plan finishes for the pest control I might go with another company depending on the end results. I recommend this company if you want to treat your home with non toxic chemicals but if that is not a concern then maybe you should try a different company that might be more thorough on the work they perform.

The technitions we professional, quick and clean. One small area was missed and when called a technition was sent immediately and area treated withen 2 days. I will definately use Ecola again if necessary.

They were actually doing well but what happened was that one of their pest control guys came, I have a very friendly dog and I was out of town, my wife and the pest control guy walked into the backdoor. The door jumps up on the guy in a very friendly manner and wants to play. She was wagging her tail and all of this stuff. The guy pushed his hand into her mouth and he wasn’t hurt, he wasn’t scratched, he wasn’t bit, there was no blood and there wasn’t a mark on his skin. Two weeks later, we got a lawsuit from this guy suing us for a dog attack and I called the company and they told me that they didn’t know anything about it. As it turned out, the guy was working with a scam lawyer and I had to have my insurance guys to go after this guy and counter sue. It was just a mess. The company didn’t little or nothing to fix this situation. They started out doing a good job on the pest control but this employee was obviously a scammer and this was a setup and I got barely little support from the company sorting this out. The price was a good price. They showed up on time.

I had seen termite infestation evidence over the years, but was afraid of getting the house tented with toxic chemicals.  After replacing some damaged wood on a window sill, I realized I had to get it done, but I wanted something low on toxicity to me & my family.   I called 3 companies & all sounded professional. I scheduled Ecola 1st & the salesperson/inspector Mark Koomer was nice & professional, with over 15 yrs experience.  He said I could call him on his cell number if I had any questions or issues about the service.  The warranty was 2 yrs & having read the reviews, ratings & info about the experience level of the company, I decided to go with Ecola. I received my inspection report online by Tuesday.  I called Mark to ask a question & left a message, but didn't hear from him.  I had emailed the ofc via my online account about my insp report & later called them with a few questions.  The inside receptionist answered my questions about prep work, etc. She was able to answer them after checking with someone else, inside.
       The following Wednesday another exterminator Robert Hernandez came to treat the house with borate & the electrogun.  He was on time, polite, professional & did the job & answered any questions I had.  He finished after about 3 hrs. He patched all holes & didn't leave a mess.  He treated 2 bedroom windows inside & the rest, outside on all problem & agreed upon areas. I asked Robert if I was eligible for the Sr. discount & the Angie's discount & Robert called Mark to inquire, left a message, but we didn't hear from him.   He called the office after waiting for Mark's call & found out I was too young for the Sr discount  anyway, so we dropped it.  The Angie's discount was already in the contract. The cost of termite treatment always seems high to me, but we have to get it done.  I was a little disappointed that Mark didn't respond to my messages, because if you give your cell phone #, it only counts if you respond, or have someone else call me back; even if it's the next day, otherwise, why give it out?  Overall, I recommend  Ecola & the salesmen/exterminators I dealt with.  They did a good job.  The company's online system is really good also& the office people are professional as well.

I was having evidence of termite damage on the outside of my house and around the deck area. A representative came out for a free estimate and showed me where the termite damage was and how it wasn't too bad so he suggested they spot treat the problem areas and also suggested treating the attic and crawl space. We scheduled an appointment for a couple days later. They were on time and they took about 3-4 hours to treat all areas. Since they only spot treated the outside there was still termite evidence two weeks after the treatment. I called them up and they came out promptly to treat again with no charge. There is a one year guarantee. I am happy with the service and have not noticed any termite evidence since. My home is about 1400 square feet so I'm not sure if $1800 is a good price or not but I would use them again.

It has not gone well at all.  The service comes with a 2 year warranty (which is almost up).  The same areas have been retreated and new areas have "popped up", three times now.  Each time someone comes out they claim the previous crew did not treat it correctly, if at all.  Finally today a "manager" came out and within the first 5 minutes told us we could go with another company if we wanted.  I was explaining my concern of re-infestation and he was inspecting the termite "droppings" saying oh that isn't much.  I was explaining after being treated supposedly 3 times I would expect it to have no droppings.  He says  well, I've been doing this for 10 years, but if you know better.  He was rude simply didn't seem to have any interest in resolving the problem.  I will never use this company again, nor will I ever recommend them.

Nick arrived during the agreed upon date and time. He was very polite and took plenty of time to explain what he saw and the possible problems that may exist.
He inspected an area in a bathroom that had had water damage and checked the exposed wall supports for subterranean termites, which we had had once before years ago.
He recommended a localized treatment, however, because they have a minimum job charge of $800, which I thought was too high for this work, we decided not to use this company.

The Inspector took a lot of time to locate most of the problems to be treated, except for under the house which has very limited crawl space access.  We haven't had any problems there yet, but next time we'll request it be done as well. . 
The two men who were sent out later did an excellent job of treating the infested areas, and were very professional and a pleasure to work with.
Overall a good company to work with.

Nick, the ECOLA Services inspector, was very knowledgeable and thorough. Provided us options and pros/cons and was very candid in his appraisal/recommendations. No pressure sales - just facts for us to make a decision. Price may be a little high but confidence in the inspector's expertise, the wide area of treatment (much more than the obvious infested areas) and the inclusion of the two year warranty/two yearly inspections were the factors. The technician who actually performed the treatment was also very knowledgeable and both the inspector and technician were very personable, knowledgeable, and open in answering all questions/concerns. Technician validated our impression of the company's expertise. Now we just have to see over time how effective they were in the appraisal and treatment.

Not impressed with their appt setting at all.
Called on 5/6 and asked for the earliest date.
The guy said Monday 5/13 so I said what about Tuesday.
After he made the appt and we were about to say goodbye,
he mentioned the appt on 5/21 - *two* weeks later!
If I asked for the *earliest* date, why would I want to wait 2 weeks later.
Well, he said I asked for a Tuesday.  I mean, a Tuesday could have meant 3-4 weeks later.
He should have at least communicated the 2 weeks.
Anyways, I ended up scheduling for Monday 5/13 between 9-11.
I also asked that they call me 30min beforehand because I drop my kid off at school at 8:30
and won't be back till 8:45 so 9-11 is good.
On 5/9, another company said I had no problem with termites so I called Ecola to cancel.
After they cancelled, the person repeated my cancelled date from 8-9.
How did it go from 9-11 to 8-9?  Can't be a typo because it went from a 2hr timeframe to 1hr?
I would give them another chance next time because we're interested in chemical friendly treatment.
