Refuses to explain $750 repair and why part he replaced was needed. Laughed: "doesn't remember reason for initial call. " Refuses to cooperate with Servicemagic customer relations to resolve. My opinion is he took advantage of emergency situation, charged $750 for a part he installed and will not justify repair he did.

Well, even though Kaplan sent their contractor (Sigma Tech) to my house but the service was excellent. The technician (Rogue) was performed the job professionally and good, very informative too.The price I don't know was good or not because this is my first time tune-up my system. Overall, rating can be up to 5 if on the second visit they didn't come 1 and a half hour late, they apologized for it though. Other than that, everything was great. I definitely use them again.
