"Beautiful house on the Los Altos Hills golf course. We did some carpet repairs and carpet cleaning. This was a very difficult repair job. Berber carpet in a hallway with different floor heights, many different angles, and difficult carpet to work with. I finished it off with some custom carpet work around some railing. This customer demanded perfection and we delivered."

John is a very courteous professional. Personable and thorough. There are a few pet stains that did not come out, but I think that was to be expected. and he warned me in advance that this might happen.

I felt that John was very knowlegeable about carpet and how to best clean it. He does the work himself and takes pride in doing his best on stains and high traffic areas but without damaging or stretching the carpeting. His prices were also very reasonable, which should allow me to have my carpets cleaned more often.

The company called me within 30 minutes of the time that I put in a request. He showed up when he told me he would be here. The man was pleasant and professional and cleaned our carpets thoroughly and in a timely manner. My house looks brand new! I was very pleased, and had forgotten exactly how beautiful my carpets are! John was quick to initially respond and was very friendly and courteous. His quality of work was excellent and would contact him for other jobs in the future and refer him to my friends. He is very knowledgeable and guided me through his work which helped me to understand and justify the work that was being done. Often times a contractor will come in and give you an estimate without explanation. I appreciated the fact that he detailed everything. I highly recommend his work!
