They are generally nice people, but the level of expertise changes depending on who is working, so I get different answers each time I go. One of the staff actually gave me the wrong dosage amount because she didn't believe me that my pool was the size it was (their computer was down), so I paid that money for chemicals and it didn't work. They have an agreement you can sign that promises to keep your pool blue, but I haven't had much luck with that.

went fine, one man del .filter and installed it in aboyt 2 hrs. del man was not able to provide operating instructions,however operation is fairly simple.

They're good. Their staff is knowledgeable, friendly. They have the items that I'm looking for at least 95% of the time. They're kind of pricey in their supplies, but the price evens out with the convenience.
