I had Troy work with me before and have always been impressed by how he takes the time to explain everything in his contracts, and how detail oriented he is in his work, so I was confident the end result would be beautiful. I was concerned about how long everything would take since they'd be doing both of my bathrooms. Luckily troy scheduled everything well and I always had one working shower, sink and toilette even if they were a little dusty. During the whole thing we only ran into two problems: The onyx slab I had originally picked out had a flaw in it, but Troy managed to get me a new slab at a lower cost & wheels for my shower doors were the wrong size, but they switched them out. His price wasn't the lowest bid I got, but it was accurate, and I knew exactly what to expect. Overall, I am VERY pleased with the quality & cost of all the work they've done for me.
