Overall did not have a positive experience. It's difficult to completely trash this company because I think many people, myself included, have had similar difficulties with this industry in general. The salesperson, while polite and helpful, was questionably trustworthy. You must negotiate the price down probably 30-40% to get a fair price (still not if I received fair price), which I think is standard at mattress stores. The salesman even pulled the "I can call my boss to see if he'll go down that far" trick. I don't know why purchasing a bed has to be so much like buying a used car! The biggest problem we had was with delivery. We did not receive a call for schedule of delivery as we were supposed to, had to call several times to actually reach someone. We were given a 4 hour window in which to be there, which is a pretty long stretch. The delivery people arrived 15 minutes before that delivery window then left immediately, leaving a note that they came and left (this was confirmed with their dispatch - they were supposed to wait until a few minutes into the delivery period). Upon returning, they were extremely rude, complaining, and even aggressive about having to return. There were also dirt marks on our brand new mattress and boxspring. Upon reporting these concerns to the salesperson, he left us no recourse except to call the delivery company and complain. He took neither took responsibility nor apologized for our experience with the delivery.
