Fred was very responsive and on time. They did a great job cleaning my carpets and couches! I gave a 4.5 only because my carpets seemed to be a bit more wet than in past carpet cleanings.

The carpet in my home was in really bad shape from having four dogs and two cats but Fred did a fantastic job cleaning up all the stains from the pet messes. Highly recommend him! He responded quickly to all inquiries and was punctual and friendly. I would definitely hire him again!

You will not regret hiring Rainbow. They arrived promptly, and were very friendly and professional. I needed carpets cleaned in my rental between tenants, and they did an excellent job at a very reasonable price. I will definitely use them again.

They were late to arrive by 50 minutes did call and say they would be late. Very nice staff, very pleased with the work .
