Fred was very responsive and on time. They did a great job cleaning my carpets and couches! I gave a 4.5 only because my carpets seemed to be a bit more wet than in past carpet cleanings.

"Generally speaking, some carpets might take a little longer to dry due to thickness of the fibers and of course, ventilation. my machine extract out between 96 to 98 percent of the shampoo depending on how stained or soiled a carpet might be. Whenever I am done key to dryness is windows opens, ceiling fans on, etc. I am very thankful that this customer overall gave me a very good review but I always strive to get that "5" that is always our goal."

The carpet in my home was in really bad shape from having four dogs and two cats but Fred did a fantastic job cleaning up all the stains from the pet messes. Highly recommend him! He responded quickly to all inquiries and was punctual and friendly. I would definitely hire him again!
