Had a leaking pipe under the house. Nate came out and diagnosed the problem. The repair was scheduled in two days and was completed under an hour. Nate and the team were very professional. Very happy with the job performed.

Their customer service agent called me almost immediately after I submitted my request here at Angi for an urgent main line drain root and drain cleaning, and was offered 5 pros, 3 of which I accepted for quotes. I barely had submitted my request when the phone rang. I thought her stated quote for my particularly long (100-foot) main drain line cleaning was fair ($174), so I accepted the quote and scheduled an appointment. This was the one and only problem I experienced: I was told the technician would arrive "late morning" but they didn't arrive until just after 2pm. However, once he was here, Ken was terrific, professional, friendly, and upbeat. I also noticed that he was thorough at answering questions and giving his assessment of the problem, and that he and another tech who helped him out were very thorough with both the snaking/rooting of the main drain line and with following-up with a long period of me running my bathtub faucet's water at full volume to be sure the line was now cleared. Ken's transaction processing and comments/ideas after the service was complete (ideas for a better long-term solution to my main line's root problem) were completed quickly and, again, thoroughly. I recommend Bell Brothers and Ken from this particular experience.

These guys are amazing - they said it would take 3 days to complete the work, which included installing all the ducting, electrical, everything. But they were done in a day and a half! Super competent and friendly, would highly recommend!
