Sam arrived on time and efficiently checked my split A/C exterior unit. He added needed coolant and checked connections and everything else. Simple and exactly how you want a service call to go. I've known Sam for several years and always use him for my A/C servicing. Sam also was the main installer under the owner of the company which installed my split A/C many years ago. Sam is now out on his own. He seems to know everything about A/C and in fact, technicians he's trained have themselves started their own companies. If and when I have additional A/C installations to undertake, Sam would undoubtedly be my first choice. I plan to speak with him about the feasibility of installing A/C throughout my entire 6 unit building. Highly recommend. I really prefer dealing with a small company like Sam's where you have the owner himself directly involved. You're getting exactly the honesty, experience and quality work you want.
