"Thank you, Ma'am. It was a pleasure doing business with you."
"Thank you for your business and review, Ma'am. We're glad to hear you're pleased with the work."
"Thank you, Sir. We appreciate your business and review."
Very knowledgable, professional and friendly - Dave and associates were great and would defintely use them again. We have a very busy schedule and were able to schedule an appointment to install a security door via email very easily thanks to Christine who is in charge of logistics for the company. Very flexible and patient with all the questions we had asked. The door was installed with no problems and Dave took the time to explain what and how they would proceeed. I would HIGHLY recommend Dave for fixups and installs in your home. We definetly will call them again! Thanks Dave!

"We appreciate your business and your review. Thank you!"
David Fuller is a true professional.
From the initial call to the estimate to the completion of the work he was easy to work with. He and his helper arrived at the designated time. Some of the scope of the job had changed a bit from the original plan and there was no problem.
The did a great job and cleaned up after themselves.
We will definitely be calling him again!
"Thank you! It was a pleasure working with you."
"Thank you for your business and your kind words. Both are appreciated."
"Good morning, Ma’am, I attempted to call you this morning in hopes of addressing your concerns, but the number you provided us was listed as “unallocated.” I verified the number, but to no avail. As you may recall, I asked you for your address several months ago, when you first made an appointment request – we agreed to the date you requested and asked where you are located. I asked multiple times where you were located, but only received a reply just yesterday. I assure you, Ma’am, we are a family-run company and no one is attempting to deceive you. Our profile clearly states that we service three cities, so we assume that customers outside of that area will not make inquiries. I do apologize for that. You are, of course, under no obligation to use our service if you’re not comfortable with the price we offered. We had no idea you were so distressed by the price until you responded to our mention of the travel charge. At that time, we attempted to resolve the matter to your satisfaction, but received no response. My offer stands: I gave you my personal cell number. Please feel free to give me a call and I will do everything I can to resolve this matter to your satisfaction. Thank you, Christine"
"Good afternoon, I am so sorry you were not pleased with the estimate. I did attempt to reach out to you via email regarding your concerns, but I haven't heard back from you. As I do not know the individuals who run these other companies, it's difficult to say for certain what the reason is for the difference in cost, but often prices differences for electrical jobs are due to Fuller Handyman Service's commitment to completing the job legally. Many companies do not pull permits and arrange inspections, as the City of Fremont requires. While those permits are expensive, they are also legally required by the city and to ignore this requirement would be unethical. The cost of the proposal takes into account the permit and inspection, plus labor costs ($120/hr) for approximately an hour and a half for each fixture which you requested. I certainly understand if you choose to proceed with another company, but please do not think that Fuller Handyman Service or Angie's List are trying to take advantage of you. We simply want to provide you with the best service possible and that includes doing business legally and obtaining the necessary permits, which are required for your safety and protection. Thank you, Christine Fuller Fuller Handyman Service"
"I'm so happy to hear that you were pleased with the work. The younger Mr. Fuller is an apprentice; while you did pay for two handymen, we charge about a third of the price for the apprentice's work as we do for David Fuller's. We do believe that the work is completed faster with two men than with one, but that is not always accomplished by having two men work on separate job, since the younger Mr. Fuller is still in training and is not yet able to complete all repairs on his own. We look forward to doing business with you again in the future! - Christine"
"It was a pleasure doing business with you. We're so glad you were pleased with the work."
"Good morning, We have not received any messages from you. I'm so sorry! I'm not sure if it's a problem with our phone system or what's going on, but if you send us a note through Angie's List, we would be happy to assist you with your work. I don't know how this happened, but I am so sorry for the inconvenience it caused you. Christine Fuller Fuller Handyman Service"
"Thank you, Ma'am. I'm glad we were able to help you. We'll look forward to doing business with you again."
