Felt rushed to make a decision on how to handle the job. Over priced and they tried to raise the total by $600 by adding material costs to their already high bid. Office manager made it right after I complained but will never hire them again. The plumber totally hosed me and tried to take advantage of the fact that I'm a widowed senior citizen with no plumbing knowledge.

They responded quickly. We hired them to fix the plumbing. He went to get the parts and completed the job as requested. I will use this company again when I need a plumber.

Discount Plumbing found that the pipes in my line was starting to rust. They could of told me that they needed to replace my lines now. But they told, that the lines will have to be replaced in the future. But it wasn't necessary to be done now. I really appreciate their honesty.

The plumber, Hector, provided excellent service. Explained the cost and what needed to be done. I had an online coupon but Hector was only able to accept printed ones. He called his boss who told Hector to give me the discount. That's what I call great customer service. I highly recommend Discount Plumbing.

We were very pleased with the work done by Brennan. On Christmas day our hot water pipe under the kitchen sink sprung a leak & then the valve broke entirely, flooding our kitchen. Brennan gave us a fair estimate & once he started the repairs, he realized it was actually less work than initially thought, so the final bill was about $80 less than initially thought. I appreciated his honesty!

Out of the plumbers who were recommended for me RC Plumbing was the only one who could get here right away. I needed hot water in my Men's restroom or I had to shut down the restaurant. He was here in 30 minutes!! Very impressive and my boss came by and was impressed and we will be using him for all of our restaurants from here to Sacramento now!

Roger gave great effort at trying to determine the cause of a wafting odor that has stumped 4 plumbers! He worked hard.
