We met Richard at the property and completely reviewed our needs. Throughout the process he made suggestions that clearly were for our benefit and not to boost his fee. He promptly provided a detailed written estimate. The job started upon our approval. We live in a distant location and only physically checked on progress in the middle and at the end of the project. Richard provided pictures by email throughout. All work was completed on time and at budget and exceeded our expectations.
