After several quotes for our tile roof and rotted wood repair, the one from Landeros Quality Roofing was easily the most thorough, easy to understand, and most fairly priced. When more issues were revealed during the course of the repair (which I expected, given the amount of dry rot involved), David and Francisco did the additional work while honoring the original estimate. The work was done quickly and on time.

Very honest and hard working people. They gave me many photos of the damaged areas on my roof. I had asked them to install bird spikes on the roof to get rid of the pigeons that were nesting on my roof. They installed all the spikes I had given them upon the peaks of my tiled roof to stop the pigeons from returning. Thanks David & Francisco! I will recommend you to any friends and acquaintances who need roof work in this area.

David the owner was prompt to return my call. Came out the next day and took pictures of the problems on the roof and sent me a price quote for the repairs. I agreed to the affordable estimate, and had him do the repairs. He came out, finished the job in one Day. Very satisfied with his work

I couldn't believe how quickly he saw what was needed, quoted a price (well within reason), and agreed to do the job immediately. Not sure how he makes any money though. He hardly charged me enough to cover the gas to drive to my place.

Worked with Francisco for a minor repair. He did the work within the week. Price was fair. He was professional. He made sure we were 100% satisfied before he left the premises. I would definitely work with him again.
