Questions asked at this point are relavent. I was satisfied with the quote, he showed up on time for both the quote and to do the job. His crew was personable and seemed to like working for this company, both said they had been with him for quite some time. Appearance of the work looks good but I'll not truly know the quality until the rainy season starts. If there happens to be a problem I believe their follow up will be good but that is yet to be determined.

I had a persistent roof leak for at least seven years. I had previously hired many roofers, who were never able to locate and repair the leak. David Landeros initially repaired one leak. When he opened up the shingles to reveal the tar paper he found that the original roofer had slashed the tar paper in numerous locations. Subsequently he found several other leaks. He kept coming back until all the leaks were repaired. We agreed on a fair and reasonable payment for all the work he has done. I am completely happy with his work.

David gave me a quote after the inspection of the roof and proceeded to perform repairs that were needed as well as a few future problem areas. He took pictures of the roof and showed them to me so I could see exactly the work needed. It's all repaired and now we can proceed to rent the house out to new tenants knowing that we have a sound roof. All repairs completed on time and on budget. I now have a roofer that I will recommend and that I will use again.

David Landeros responded very promptly. He went onto our roof, diagnosed the cause of the leak, and did a temporary repair until the weather permitted a full one. Subsequently, he completed the repair, as well as another minor one and also did a roof inspection. David was very professional and easy to deal with. We would definitely use Landeros Quality Roofing Service again.
