Excellent and reasonable price

Francisco was very professional; he and his assistant completed the roof repair job in a timely and efficient manner.

They showed up over three hours late from the time they had told me they would be here. The work they did was fair, nothing to brag about. Their price was rediculusly high but I wanted to get the job done so I hired them. No, I would not recommend them to any friends for roof repair.

David Landeros is a true professional and knows the roofing business very well! We had a minor roofing repair on our composite shingle 25 year old roof. He was prompt in coming out to evaluate the issue and I had a quote in my email by that afternoon. David was very thorough in his evaluation of our roof and took photos and pointed out other issues beyond the areas of repair. He clearly explained the issues he found and described what his company would do to repair the issues found. David and his son came out on the appointed day to fix the issue and had it done quickly and the work that was done exceeded our expectations! I would hire Landeros Quality Roofing Service again! Excellent company!

Very knowledgeable on sources of roof leaks

Scheduled prompt thorough inspection of entire roof, not just leak area. Quoted to fix leak and broken tiles and chimney cracks. Good explanations. Work done on time before Thanksgiving. After leak fixed, inspection found other potential leaks from torn tarpaper under tile valleys and under down spouts. Fixed for reasonable price.

They were great before I hired them, and I made the mistake of paying them at the front door, without checking their work. They left a mess, and the metal flashing doesn't go all the way down, and they never even checked the attic after explaining how they would address the possible mold there. Having been paid, Francisco has made two appointments when he promised to be here, and did not show. If they did a great job of patching up most of the leak on a roof, but left enough of a problem that water can seep in, is that a fix? Water can seep in and create mold and the house can start to deteriorate from the inside. Once he got paid, he is nowhere to be seen. (1) metal flashing does not go all the way down so I can still have a leak, so was it really a fix?; (2) left a mess - a simple effort to sweep would go a long way; (3) never even looked in the attic, after explaining how he would treat the probable mold there; and (4) once he was been paid, he stood me up twice after promising to be here to check and fix the problems. What is the point of a two year warranty (feels rather short) if they will not address problems the week after?
