David called the same day and we were able to schedule our appointment. He arrived early which was great would recommend them.

Customer service was exceptional. Unlike the big roofing companies where you get transferred from one department to anther and then get put on hold or need to leave a message after speaking with the receptionist, David is the guy who answers the phone and responds to email. He is a straight shooter. No sales talk. Just tells you what wrong and what needed. I emailed him one Monday night about 9 pm about a concern on the contract he wrote and he responded with a phone call in 10 minutes. Definitely would hire again for future roofing issues.

He went above and beyond what I asked ,and paid for because he knew it was the right thing to do. I will hire and recommend Landeros for all my roofing needs.

Prompt service. Customer service great both during the estimate experience and also finalizing the billing statement.

Was not prompt in setting time to set work time. Had to call to remind whether they are interested in doing the job. The price was a bit steep.

I called during a rain storm ... They responded anyway. Given the size of the leak, they moved me up their list and came the second dry day!

Extremely prompt response. It was a very small job, just 1 broken tile & tile paper falling apart. I felt under the gun with the rain so hired on the spot, he temporarily patched & returned few days later to finish. In the meantime, talked to other Roofers that called and feel I was overcharged Paying $550. while 2 others thought $300 was fair. The $550 price did not include checking for other broken tiles. Hard to rate quality until it rains again. David was a nice guy.

Until it rains again we won't know have good the job was. David and his worker were very efficient, so we are hoping for the best result: No more leaking roof around the fireplace in the living room.

David and Son was very professional about the repair and how long it may take. They cleaned up after they were done. I would use them again.

Contacted us very fast . Came the next 2 days to assess the leak. Temporarily repair to prevent further leak and damage then came back next 4 days to fix it permanently. Job well done with warranty. Highly recommended.

David was very honest and caring. He sent his son personally to reschedule appt because of the rain. But they still came out later that day to do repair in between the storm so there would be no further damage. I would highly recommend this company.
