we were way over charged, double the rate of other roofers would charged, i found out the next day by another contractor after they finished the project, we are seniors and taken advanage of by all means.,i wasn't very happy about it.,but what can i do now.

They were very knowledgeable about where the leak was likely from and did the repairs to correct the problems.

David made an instant strong impression. He was thorough in his evaluation of my project and provided me with pictures and clear explanations of what was needed to make necessary repairs. There's a good reason why this contractor is top rated. Dave was on time and kept his promises. He was also very good about explaining the materials and techniques to be used to fix my roof and eliminate future water intrusion and dry rot of my trim boards, things the original contractor failed to do . As the work went along additional damage was found that needed more work and $$ than expected but he did a good job of showing me each new item found and the proper fix. Now I won't worry about my roof with the coming rains for many years to come. Yea!

Landeros quality roofing service was on time, were friendly and professional, explained and showed the needed repairs, did the repair work in a timely fashion, and didn't make a mess. The only thing that could make it better would be if it were free! ;^)

After I filled out my survey, I received a call within 30 minutes not thinking I would get a call that fast since the area code was 650 and I live in Los Banos (209). David (the owner of Landeros Roofing) called me to ask about my roofing problem. We made an appointment the next day and set a time. To my surprise and delight, David and his son arrived right on time which doesn't normally happen. I explained to them that I had a very bad experience with Westside Roofing and need them to look over my roof to see what further repairs I needed. David's son Frank went up on the roof while David and I talked about my roof and the problems I have been having. Frank went through the entire roof and even removed sections of the tiles to inspect the paper underneath. Frank took about an hour to do his evaluation which I appreciated him taking the time to do even when he didn't know if they were going to get the job. Most companies take about 10 to 20 minutes. Frank went over what should/needed to be done right away and what will need to be done later but could be a problem in the future. Frank and David explained everything in detail to me and made sure I understood and if I had any questions. They gave me a quote of the work to be done, when they can start and the guarantee that I would not have any further issues. I agreed to have the work done and as they said, they arrived on the day and time they said they would to work on the roof and was very pleasant to do business with. I highly recommend Landeros Roofing to anyone that needs roof repair. You don't normally find people like David and Frank to take care of what you work so hard for and feel confident that you made the right decision.

David is extremely honest. He did repairs on our wood shake roof at a very reasonable price, saying it would last another 5-10 years with care, when he could have said we needed a new roof and quoted us accordingly. I liked that. He has a small family run business which I also like. He's also a very nice man. I would definitely hire him again.

Mr. Landeros and his son came to provide an estimate. He checked the roof and told us that it was in good condition but there were 2 areas which needed repair. He returned and fixed the roof and cleaned the gutters on our 2-story home for a very reasonable price. I found him to be honest, friendly and excellent at getting repairs done quickly for a very reasonable price.

When Mr. Landeros came to give me an estimate, he told me that the repair would be good for 4 - 5 years. I wanted to employ them the first week in May. He told me that he might be able to do it the next day since they would be in the area, and that he would send me a bill. I don't know if he really came because I was not home. I received an email invoice, but the warranty was not included. I contacted Mr. Landeros and requested that the warranty be included on the invoice. He denied that he had told me that the repair would be good for 4 - 5 years, and that the most he could warranty was for one year against leaks. I asked him to put that warranty on the invoice. He has yet to do that. If I had known the time that he was arriving, I would have arranged to be home at that time. If he could/would not give me a written warranty, I would not have allowed him to do the work. I am still waiting for the verification that his work is warranted for at least one year. He has not yet been paid.

Responsive and polite, sensitive to a small flat roof series of leaks and quick call returns, explaining cause of leaks and repairs needed. I would call these roofers again as needed and recommend them highly.

The two Landeros technicians, Francisco and Benjamin, arrived on time and began work immediately. Francisco assessed the work to be done in a concise and understandable manner. He and Benjamin deconstructed the mess, around the chimney, that was supposed to be flashing and replaced the entire flashing and the removed shingles. Both men worked in a very professional and safe manner. I would use Landeros Quality Roofing services again and would recommend them to anyone.
