Although, they were higher in price compare to others in HA, I hired them due to their good rating. However, the job that they told me needs 8 hours and 3 people, miraculously was completed in 2 hours. then during the job the owner came with excuses to charge me more for extra parts ~$300 while we agreed no surprises, Nevertheless, I went to check prices for the parts which was $7.80 in HomeDepot and he wanted to charge me $80, after I complain he agreed not to charge me the extra $300 but I don't even trust the job they did worth $1600. Try to get other quotes before making the decision.

Found the leak fast and repaired quickly

David Landeros is a very honest person. His original roof repair estimate was $2400. As the work was progressing he discovered the 2X6 (I was sure needed to be replaced) was OK and there was no rotten wood so he reduced the price down to $1900. He could have charged the original amount be being honest he changed the price accordingly.

They repaired my tile roof. Their price was good. They were professional,friendly and very accommodating. I would hire them again.

David knows roofs and causes of leaks better than any other contractor I've talked to. But rather than just focus on the source of one particular leak, he undertook to rehab my 29 year old roof and head off future leaks. I highly recommend him and his crew.

David called us within ten minutes of putting in our request on Home Advisor. He did the repair work on the weekend and was able to finish within a short amount of time. He was polite and even showed us pictures of other areas needing repair. His price was good and the 2-year warranty an added bonus. We would definitely recommend David Landeros!

Once they began our roof repairs, David (Company owner) acknowledged that the work was not as intensive or involved as he originally thought and quoted us for, so he deducted a fair amount accordingly. I was very impressed with their professionalism. They not only located the problem but explained what parts needed to be replaced to stop the leakage on my roof.

I had David come down to my house because i was having leaks on roof so he went up on my roof and did his evaluation and he told me what he thought was the problem. He said i should do some pressure cleanup on roof and put some sealer on my roof and he also saw that i had some dry rot so he suggested what should be done. The thing that i really thought was nice of Davis was that he did not charge me one penny for his time nor for applying that black sealer that roofers put on roof to stop my leaks till at least spring time and then i will let him do what needs to be done......Hes really something
