Dave is a honest person. He charges a fair price. I watched his workmanship carefully as he made repairs to my roof. He is very skilled at his craft. The results of his repair work was excellent. My roof showed no evidence that it was ever repaired. That is, the areas of my roof he worked on blended in nicely with the rest of the roof. He brought replacement shingles that matched my roof's. He is very easy to talk. He gave me straight answers to my questions.

David was the first person to respond. He came out the next day to inspect the job and we hired him right away. They completed the job on time and are a pleasure to work with. I will be saving their number for future repairs!

They were the only company out of about 8 different companies that responded promptly or even responded for that matter. They provided a free estimate, were on time for that and then did everything they said they would as well as accommodating us and getting to our emergency quickly. The price seemed fair too. I highly reccommend.

I needed an emergency repair of a skylight leaking in the middle of my kitchen the day before I left on a business trip. I looked on Yelp and the people I called couldn't even come give me an estimate for another week. I came to Sevice Magic and David Landeros called me back about 10 mins after I put out the request. He scheduled an appt for later in the afternoon and offered a tarp over the skylight in case he couldn't get the job done before the next rain. He came out, took pictures to show me what was wrong, and offered to fix it on the spot for 250.00. Leaving on my trip with peace of mind was totally worth it! A BIG thank you to David!
