Botched initial installations throughout the house. Holes in drapes, wrong needles used in fabrication, lousy looking valances, horrible workmanship, terrible finish. Countless calls and delays later, finally drapes removed and "repaired". More delays. Finally the repaired drapes are installed. Even worse than before. Brand new drapes look like they're 20 years old and in need of replacement. One plus year later, still dealing with the after effects. Still looking at crappy drapes every day that we spent 5 figures on. Still waiting for a solution. After months of to-ing and fro-ing, owner (Ken Ngyuen) refuses to act professionally or respond.
