TM Work

Louis and Lawrence Molina are super guys. They came to our lot to have an initial look and assess the situation. It is a sloping lot so it takes a great deal of planning. We sat down on several occasions to work out a contract that was satisfactory to us all. We signed and they began working right away. They drew up plans showing the sun patterns in all seasons so we would understand how the building should work efficiently mainly on its own if designed properly. Then Louis and Lawrence drew up several footprints for us to choose from. Combined with small lot (5000sqft) and city required setbacks there are not to many options. We chose our favorite and went on from there. As the building began to take shape (on paper) they made suggestions and always gave us options so we could choose what we liked best. When something was not doable or just plain exspensive they advised accordingly. After we settled on a schematic design they began on Design Development, consisting of materials and details. That's the fun part. We will be ready to break ground in a few months.TM Work has made us very happy and if we ever plan to build another house we will definitely hire them. One more thing they also have a good etiquette at the Dept of Buildings and assist with permitting.
