I wasn’t very happy with them. They may have high reviews but they are horrible. Horrible in a way that when I got my rug back the smelled really bad. I had to take them back for them to wash them again and they were better when I got them back but not great. You take your rug to them.I would say it was excellent service, it was average not anything special. They could have cleaned the rugs without them smelling like poppy water. The whole house was smelly. It was about a month taken it to them and taking it back. They were ready on time.
