The arrangement was delivered when it was supposed to be but did not look anything at all like the one I had chosen. The delivering florist had made substitutions without contacting me and it was much smaller than the premier I had paid for . When my sister in law sent me a picture of what sh had received I immediately contacted Teleflora. They contacted the florist who said they would go and pick up the already delivered flowers and change them. That was not suitable to me... I though it would be very embarrassing to the recipient. I asked if I could have an e-ail address to send the company a picture of the arrNgement that was delivered and upon receipt the told me I would receive a small refund. I requested that they deliver what had been order the first time and their response was again that I would receive the small refund.

Terrible experience. The flowers were not delivered when scheduled. The customer service was horrible. Rude insensitive people. They say what sounds good. Not the facts. I was told three different times the flowers were delivered. Each time I called the funeral home to confirm the delivery. I was told they had not arrived. The arrangement did arrive about 20 minutes before the funeral. It was not the same as what I ordered. I found out who the florist they sent was from the funeral home. They were apologetic and said this (incorrect information) happens with Teleflora all the time. NEVER AGAIN !

They always do a good job. I even get a discount through my insurance company, which is nice. They have lovely flower arrangements, and even have options where you can put the flowers in a tea pot for use when the flowers die.
