Ordered flowers on a Thursday to be delivered Monday in Boston. Teleflora called Monday: flowers I picked (daisies) not available. Pick different flowers. Check on Tuesday: Teleflora unable to deliver the substitute. They canceled order. After five days! Daisies in Boston! Then they sent me a 15% off offer. Are you kidding me? Never again!

90064The whole thing was a disaster.  A very close friend died suddenly and we wanted to express condolences to three daughters
and her mother.  They took all three orders and committed to delivery the next day.  They sent a confirmation of delivery for one order. We're not convinced they completed that order.
TWO days later they called to say the order could not be filled as they committed to.  Apparently their partner florist didn't have a blue component of the bouquet.  Without recourse I agreed to have them substitute a different flower.  EVENTUALLY those flowers were delivered.  We have no idea what they looked like other than the recipient's "beautiful".
We gave the florist a previous address for the third order, but they  sent a confirmation of "hand-delivery" which could not have happened as they no longer lived there.  The next day we got a phone call from the delivery guy who couldn't find the location.
After some research we got their new address and asked them to complete the order at the new address.
Those flowers were NEVER delivered.  I spent at least 20 minutes on the phone with one of the human beings trying to get a refund on two of the three orders.  Their only offer was a discount code for our next purchase.  I said their won't be a next purchace so that was worthless and "let me speak to your boss".   Her boss eventually took the phone.  After another 20 minutes of arguing I got the refunds.
I'm not certain any of the three orders got there on time.

We placed our order for a bouquet for our daughter on July 8th for delivery on the 10th of July.  When we tried to log in to our account on the 10th to check on delivery, our login was refused.  When we called the customer service the same day, an automated message said they tried to contact us that the bouquet was delayed.  We received no such contact.  The automated message asked us to reschedule delivery, which we requested for the next day, July 11th.  When we checked on the 11th in the late afternoon, the automated response told us the florist would notify us of delivery.  Although delivery took place later that evening, we were not informed by the florist at all.  We responded to an automated query from the company on how they did, and asked for comprensation.  The company replied that the bouquet had been delivered, but did not mention compensation at all. On the bouquet tag, it cut off the "ther ' from "Father" (we must have exceeded the message letter count, but it did not show that) and added an extra "l" to our daughter's name although it did not show that when we typed it.  We believe this shows a lack of attention to detail in the order form process.

I spent three hours researching the perfect flowers for my daughter. I called Teleflora and they had 3 different options for that particular type of floral display. I then found out that they overcharged me and did not deliver the flowers that they described to me over the phone and what I saw on the computer. I spent a half an hour on the phone with them trying to get a refund for what I was overchaged for instead of doing a dispute with my credit card company for a full refund. I offered to at least pay for half of this instead of getting a full refund. They refused to let me speak with a supervisor. They promised to call me back if we got disconnected. They promised to give me the refund I requested, but at the last minute put me on hold before it finalized and never called me back. I called them back and spent another half an hour on the phone with someone who refused to let me speak with the person I was just speaking to or a supervisor. They did end up giving me a partial refund, which wasn't much, but what I'm upset about is the amount of time it took for me to get this result. They overcharged me and did not provide what they said they would provide, they would not allow me to speak with a supervisor and they did not call me back.

Once the order was submitted on line they contacted us by phone to say they did not have the exact bouquet but had something similar. We confirmed that they should send the similar arrangement. The person on the phone confirmed that the bouquet would be delivered on May 4th as requested.

On the evening of May 4th we contacted Teleflora because the bouquet was not delivered as scheduled.

The Teleflora operator researched the order and said the

local florist was too busy to deliver our order. I told them we wanted the bouquet delivered a day late and wanted a refund. He offered to deliver the bouquet with an apology and offered a discount on our next order. We asked to talk with a supervisor, we were put on hold for 20 minutes.

I checked my credit card statement and Teleflora billed us for the service even though no delivery was made.

I Spent a couple hours trying to find an arrangement that I felt represented my husband's Grandfather. Teleflora's "Ocean Breeze" Spray seemed perfect, as he lived close to the Ocean and loved the Water!

Upon walking into the Funeral Home to pay our respects, I said to my husband, "Who sent that ugly flower?" To my surprise....It was us! We sent the Ugly PURPLE Flower! Yes, Purple. Apparently The local Florist (Drayer's) who did the work is colorblind, or they just have never seen the Ocean!

We called to complain and disputed the charge with our credit card company, but they are fighting it. Apparently the florist are claiming that there was only a TOUCH of purple in the arrangement to compliment the blue!

We have pictures....which prove we are telling the truth.

Do Not Use TELEFLORA!

The woman I sent the arrangement to is 82 yrs old.  I wanted to give her a little cheer as she's had some significant losses over the past couple years.  I ordered the cheeriest arrangement with a note "to brighten your day".  She was thrilled to get flowers and took pictures of them, drove to a photo developing center to send me pictures to thank me.  I was horrified to see the arrangement was sparse, not nearly as pretty or as many flowers as in the picture, the greenery looked like lanky weeds sticking out awkwardly, the ceramic piece wasn't the bright, pretty color as in the picture online.  It was so very disappointing for me to see, esp when I paid $75 for it.  When I called to complain, they basically told me they have the right to "approximate".  I offered to send them the picture and said the arrangement was pathetic, it looked like a kid went out into the back field, plucked a few lanky daisies and some roses and plopped them in a cheap white pitcher.  They kept arguing with me that I ordered a "small" arrangement and that's all I should expect.  Really?  Then that picture on line  of the deluxe arrangement is WAY deceitful.  The supervisor offered me a 50% discount on a future order after much arguing and insisted the arrangement was fine as it was. She never saw the actual arrangement that was sent to my friend.  Again, I asked if I could send her the picture via text, email, whatever, of how it looked the day it arrived with the time stamp on the photo - no, she wasn't interested and kept telling me we got what I ordered.  The discount on a future order was not going to help me because I will NEVER order from Teleflora again.  I told her that but she really didn't seem to care.  I understand that things like this might happen, it's hard to have control of all the florists they contract with, but to tell me
repeatedly that I shouldn't have expected anything more and that I was wrong?   No thank you.  I won't make that mistake again

Teleflora contracted out to a local florist who delivered late in the day, messed up the spelling of my personal note, forgot the chocolates and delivered a mediocre bouquet of flowers (much smaller than the picture on telefora's website).  I paid a lot of money for the premium version (lots of flowers); what I received was definitely not premium.  The flowers didn't really match either (there were supposed to be a lot of red roses included; there were only a handful).

I've ordered from other sites like 1-800-FLOWERS and FTD.com in the past and never had a problem.  Not sure what's up with Teleflora but I will NEVER use them again.  They are unreliable.  I had to call their customer service number 3 times to get this resolved (the first time the operator hung up on me).

When I finally got through to Telefora about my order, they credited me for the missing chocolates, but they did not have anything to say about the non premium size of my flowers.

I contacted Teleflora and they said that they would look into it.  A couple of days later they sent a notice that my order was cancelled and a refund would be issued.  That's all well and good, but I had also asked which local florist was involved, so I could avoid doing business with them.  It would be one thing if the flowers slipped through the cracks and didn't get delivered on a busy day.  However, I received a confirmation that the flowers were delivered "IN HAND".  If I hadn't asked my fiance how she liked the flowers, I would have paid for flowers that I never got.  It's a pretty good scam when you think of it - How many people will ask the recipient how they liked the flowers?  Most people will just think that the recipient was busy (or rude!) and forget about it.  So on a busy day like St. Valentiine's or Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc., if they "forget" to deliver 100 bouquets at $65 each and only get caught on half of them, that's over a $3,000 bonus!

Teleflora delivered via a local florist (French Florist).  The arrangement did not arrive as pictured/ordered.  It took 4 phone calls to get what I hope will be a satisfactory resolution.  The flowers were rejected and a credit should be applied to my credit card.  Will know more next month after I received credit card statement.

They are the absolute worst. NEVER EVER use this company. After my husband ordered flowers for me for Valentines day 1 week early to be delivered on the 13th, they never delivered the flowers. He called they said they would be there the next day, well they were again never delivered. My husband called and was on hold for over 25 minutes. When he asked to speak to a supervisor that person would not come on the phone. We have since looked at reviews OTHER THAN ON THEIR WEBSITE as those are removed if they are not good reviews, but in another place they have the worst reviews of any florist I have ever seen. They seem to never deliver and if they do the flowers are horrible or not what was ordered. From the 50 or more reviews I looked at the complaints were all the same.

How to let down a loved one on Valentine's Day?  Order from Teleflora.  Then have nothing arrive.  Then spend two days calling to check and finally to get refund.  Get told Teleflora was notified there would be delays by the local florist doing the order - but failed to notify me so I could do something else! And their excuse?  They had a lot of orders.  What brain dead florist doesn't anticipate high volume on Valentine's Day.  Do not use Teleflora EVER!

I started out with 1800flowers.com, but every item I chose wasn't available to be delivered in my area. I was aggravated, but at least they let me know. I  then went to Teleflora.com and chose a great basket arrangement. Very Christmasy. It was to be delivered the following day. Two days later, I get an email saying that the item I ordered is not available in the delivery area. Really? They couldn't have let me know that while I was ordering. They let me know the day AFTER the item should have been delivered. I responded to the message and told them to just send a Christmas themed item at a similar price. I get a message back from "Ashley" telling me that the order has been processed, will be delivered on Monday, and gave me the total charge. Spoke with Mom last night and nothing was delivered. I immediately sent a message to Teleflora. This morning, I get an email from them telling me that my order wasn't processed because I never responded to their email. WHAT?! I then called and spoke with customer service and told them don't bother. I will find a local florist and just call in an order. Then I get an email telling me that they have cancelled my order and will refund my credit card. Really?! They never processed an order, but they charged my card? This is totally unacceptable! I will not do any further business with this company. They have no idea what they are doing! Totally disgusted.

Ordered a floral arrangement for a funeral that was to take place the next morning.  I received confirmation that this would be delivered.  I received an email the day of the funeral and was told that my selection was not available, and I quote, "We don't want to delay your gift, so if you're unable to respond in time, we will deliver a beautiful arrangement designed by the local florist that expresses the sentiment of your gift".  I thought this was acceptable at the time.  A day later I receive an email, and again I quote, "Regrettably, we were unable to deliver your order for the services. Please advise if we may deliver an appropriate arrangement to a family member".  I responded to the email only to get the standard cut and paste "we're sorry for your inconvenience....".  Customer service is a thing of the past for this company and I would not even consider them on my next floral need.

Teleflora was pleasant and easy to deal with.  I bought their "Deal of the Day" and my friend reported it as being quite beautiful.  Flowers are expensive but at $60, that was one of the cheapest deals.  They did have some less expensive but I would be hesitant to purchase them.

I had no problem with quality of the arrangement or delivery. My problem is the amount of emails that I constantly receive each week. Sometimes, multiple times each day. I have asked multiple times to be removed from their mailing list. I continue to receive them. My mailbox is constantly loaded with their ad.

The local florist did a great job of quality, freshness and delivery. The only problem is if you do not know the local florist, it can be a hastle trying to talk to anyone at teleflora. It would be better to contact a local florist and tell them exactly what you want versus picking out something online that the local florist may not have in season or in stock.

First off, in the question, "Would you use this provider again?" the answer to that is, Maybe.  The last 2 orders sent to my mother in Dallas, Texas, have been messed up.  The first one, for Mother's Day, was not even delivered, even though I received an email that it had been.  When I called Teleflora to ask for a refund they told me that their records showed that the flowers had been delivered, thus we were not due a refund.  I told them that my mother said that none had and that they needed to check into this (I obviously got the one horrid clerk of what is usually a competent staff).  And I have been sending flowers to my mother/parents, 3-4 times a year, using Teleflora, and for the last 10+ years.  Never any problems before this year.  They then called the florist used to find out that the order had been received but the clerk just never got around to completing the order and sending it out.  We received a refund.  My mother's birthday is in August, so I ordered another bouquet to be sent to her.  By the way, each arrangement I have ever sent to my mother/parents, or anyone else for that matter, has been beautiful.  My son sends me flowers twice a year using Teleflora as well, and I can attest that each one has been spectacular, and always just what was ordered.  But back to the problem.  I had arranged for the flowers to be delivered, and they were, but to another address.  The address was correct on the order form, but the florist (as I found out later that it was the same one that messed up the Mother's Day order) had it down as 1 digit off.  The neighbor, rather than making sure my parents were home (and they were, just dozing), left the flowers on the front stoop, in the Texas summer heat (and sun).  Thank goodness they were discovered before they were roasted to death since my parents do not use the front door all that often.  (To anyone keeping track of info on this review, my parents do not want their address out there for anyone to know/see, which is why I kept all the information as my address.)  So, I sent an email to Teleflora explaining the problem, and that I would try them one more time, but for any future orders to my mother/parents to please use another florist as the one used the last two times messed up the order.
