They were very good. They have doors, windows, and nobs and things for cabinetry. I wanted some custom ordered doors. They are not cheap, but they are good. They are very good, they ordered the doors, and I then picked them up. I one time ordered hinges and things, and the person talked to me about them, and then we went and ordered them. The staff are helpful, and know their work. The price is a little higher than Home Depot, but the service is good.

The ordering process went very smoothly. It does take a little while for the windows to come in from the manufacturer, but it is well worth the wait. They are a pultruded fiberglass on the outside (with the color already mixed in to the fiberglass) and they have wood grids on the inside, with an oak sill. The slidng doors have ball bearings. The delivery of all the windows and doors also went very smoothly.

If and when I order similar products in the future, I will be back at Taylor Bros.

They were patient and professional throughout a process that involved a custom order, a mistake by the manufacturer, and merchandise that had to be replaced.Taylor also helped connect us to a contractor who had to take the misfit back and redo the installation. It would have been a nightmare anywhere else, but the folks at Taylor were great throughout and it was all remarkably painless.

We met with one of their sales associates in the showroom and he walked us through the different types of windows and doors. He visited our home and talked with us and our contractor about installation. They all looked beautiful and were very high quality.

Excellent experience. Salesman was Norman Sands. Did a great job explaining my options and ensuring that proper windows were ordered from the factory. Norman met with the installation contractor at my home to double-check that all measurements were correct. Good price for quality and value of the replacement windows. Reasonable delivery charge; windows delivered on time on the date arranged.

Brett Taylor came out for a free estimate. He came on time, went through the process and gave me a reasonable price. We discussed the design of these windows because they have grids in them. They had this done within 2-3 weeks. The price came in a little below the estimate. We were really pleased with them. The service was great and their product is excellent. We plan on using them again next year.

I went to their showroom; they have a large selection of windows from aluminum, vinyl, and wood from well known brands. My sales representative, Buzz, was very friendly and helpful. I chose Weather Shield's aluminum clad wood windows which are aluminum in there exterior and wood in the interior of the window. The windows are beautiful and I had someone else install them. Installation is not included in the above price.

Claire Taylor is very knowledgeable and thorough. She followed up on all calls and requests promptly and thoroughly. They have a great showroom with a varied display, especially of wood and other higher quality/design components. They deal with all major manufacturers. The experience was excellent and we will use them again and refer them to others. Pricing was competitive with other suppliers. Because their primary market is contractors, they don't offer installation but do offer a list of possible contractors to contact for quotes.
