They did everything I wanted them to do. Their caulking isn't correct. When they gave the estimate, they were going to take out the heater and put it under the stairs. I would have a pantry in the kitchen. That was in the contract. Then, they said that they couldn't do that. They didn't revise the contract at all. They gave me an extra cabinet, but it wasn't at all what I was expecting. He gave me a verbal promise that the work would be done by a certain time, and it wasn't. When it came to push and shove, the owner came over and asked for $6,000. I said I wouldn't give him anything because he didn't do what I expected to be done. I went to get my checkbook to show him what I had already paid. He was already out the door with the contract.
