Water Coolers
ALTHOUGH I FIND THE PRICES REASONABLE AND THE DELIVERY CONVENIENT, I FIND OUR DELIVERY PERSON A BIT DIFFICULT. HE HAS A GLARING LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO CULTIVATE A HAPPY CUSTOMER. MY HOUSEHOLD DOES NOT REQUIRE A LOT OF WATER DURING THE SCHOOL YEAR BECAUSE EVERYONE GETS HOME AFTER 5 PM. FOR SOME REASON, MY DELIVERY PERSON LIKES TO LEAVE CONTAINER UPON CONTAINER ON MY DOORSTEP. I DO NOT HAVE THE ROOM NOR THE INCLINATION TO STORE MULTIPLE 5 GALLON WATER CONTAINERS. YET, I FIND THIS OCCURRING MORE FREQUENTLY THAN DESIRED. I'VE EXPLAINED NUMEROUS TIMES TO ONLY LEAVE WATER WHEN REQUESTED. MY DELIVERY PERSON SEEMS TO FEEL MY REQUESTS ARE NOT SOMETHING TO HEED.
