I have exhausted my resources trying to get reimbursed. WOW! This company is Shark Heating and Air Conditioning. Please forward this to your friends and family to avoid this provider. I am left with no other option to let everyone know what to expect from this company. I will attach screenshot, call records and email with your company promising refund. I didn't ask for service. You didn't perform service yet charged my retired parents $160. Took full advantage of my 74 years old father who was visiting his grand kids. I am the homeowner and I wasn't even home. How can you even do a work without homeowner being present? I will attach a video clip of you taking money from my retired father. All this was not Approved by me. Very disappointed. DO NOT USE this service.

Very poorly! I cannot attest to the quality of service this company provides: however, I can say their customer service is quite lacking. I called this company on a Monday morning to request a service call on my leaking mini split unit. Initially, they offered a same-day appointment. They never showed for this appointment and when I called the next day, said they had called to reschedule but I had missed their call. Although no such call appeared on my call log, I have the the benefit of the doubt and rescheduled for that afternoon. I later received a call requesting they push the appointment back to the evening. I accommodated and no one showed up. I realize I should have at that point sought another company, but unwisely, I called back the following morning. When I called back, the owner answered and proceeded to blame his secretary for all my scheduling issues. He scheduled yet another appointment for 5:30 that evening. At 7:00 o'clock, the the technician showed up. He quickly identify the problem-- the system was installed too level for the condensation to drain properly. The cost for slightly tilting my AC unit? $695! Of course this seemed absurd and I declined, but was left paying the $85 diagnostic fee they charged. I have since been told by two other companies that this quote seems 2-3 times what the cost of the repair should be. One speculated that perhaps the company gave an unreasonably high price, knowing that I wouldn't pay so they could pocket an easy $85 and free up time for more lucrative jobs. Needles to say, I feel like a chump For pay $85 to get blown off several times and then named a ridiculous price for a pretty simple repair.

Everything was great and done in a timely manner and techs were professional

The technicians were very nice and respectful, the job start date and time was completely based on our time and schedule. They gave courtesy calls and answered questions we had while they were doing the work, we are curious people. The job only took two days. They were very professional and punctual. I really look forward to having southwest on our side for future work on our home. Thank you so much!
