Kitchen and Bath Remodeling
The Hall and Master Bathrooms were fully renovated with new cabinets, countertops, showers and fixtures. Leo from Skytech assisted me along the way with option choices and recommendations. The crew was exceptional in their workmanship and were very detail oriented and made sure to clean the area prior to departure each day. I have received multiple compliments on the finished bathrooms. I would highly recommend Skytech Builders to anyone considering renovations and Leo in particular.

We hired Skytech Builders to renovate our kitchen and bathroom, and they sent Leo to manage the project. From the start, he was fantastic—an excellent communicator who really listened to our needs and took detailed notes during the entire consultation. Once we decided to proceed, Leo guided us through the material selection process, making everything run smoothly. Overall, it took about a month to plan and another month to complete the construction. We're thrilled with the results and will definitely reach out to them for our next project.

Leo, Guillermo, and their crew did a great job. There were some unexpected discoveries once the demo started, but they handled it well and made sure to explain every step of the process. The cost went up a bit, but it did not feel excessive. We received estimates from a couple other places and Skytech Builders felt the most fair and reasonable for the work needed (a small bathroom remodel). I appreciated Leo's responsiveness to all communication. The actual work appears to be done well and I feel confident in the final product. Both Leo and Guillermo always made sure to explain everything thoroughly and walk me through the process. We only have one bathroom in our house and Leo worked with us to ensure that we wouldn't be without a toilet at any point. They also worked with us on making the shower more accessible due to some health concerns for our family member. Overall, I am very happy with the work and will definitely recommend them to others.

General Remodeling
As most of us know when we do a remodeling project, it is real hard to find good and honest people to complete your project. Fortunately, I found Leo and Yonathan from SkyTech Builders to help me with remodeling and repairing two of the bathrooms in my family's 4-Plex building. They were very honest, polite and helpful each step of the process from start to finish. The are very patient and suggested materials and design but always thinking about quality and your budget. Overall the experience with Leo and Yonathan was top notch and we were very satisfied with the finished product. We will definitely be using Sky Tech Builders for our future construction projects.

We also heard before many great things about this company so it wasn't hard decision. The project started on time, soon after we signed a contract. I did the complete kitchen remodeling with Jonathan and team in Sep-Oct 2021. The work included replacing cabinets, new countertops, tile flooring, backsplash, a peninsula sitting bar and a few new appliances. After getting quotes from 4 vendors, I chose Jonathan for many good reasons. The most important of them was the flexibility to accommodate my custom requirements, as I wanted it. Since I was working from home, I reviewed each and every step of the work (which BTW may not be necessary). Jonathan was extremely professional and courteous. So was his team, especially the countertop and flooring team. We communicated several times a week. Every time my request was accommodated. Any change was communicated and explained, so I could review and approve. I felt as if I was the part of the team, and thats what matters. The quality of the work was the key result I demanded and thats what I got. I was completely satisfied by the work and the kitchen looks awesome.

I went with Sky Tech Builders on ADU Garage Conversion. It wasn't easy job, I had some special requests and I also contacted some other contractors, but Sky Tech Builders gave me best offer, competitive price and they knew exactly what I wanted to do. I moved into a new apartment and the walls were painted in light red , I needed to re-paint the living room and both of the bedrooms, I hired Leo with Sky Tech Builders to do the job and he was the 1st and last contractor I talked with, we had a click right away. Day after we chose the colors his guys were here, they covered everything, they worked clean and organized. It took them less than a week , the guys worked super power to finish and the work was beautiful , no touch up was needed and I loved the fact they kept working with their masks on , They always kept a sanitizer on hand . I'm pleased with the final result.

Skytech Builders made the process so easy! Jonathan and Leo both came in and showed me a bunch of different layouts and frames for kitchen cabinets. I had to redo my bathroom cabinets as well. We ended up talking for four hours about my current vision and what I want in my kitchen. They showed me many projects they did and a lot of options, colors, and 3d designs of how everything will look at the end. They made that vision come to life a couple of months later. I couldn't be happier with the results and how it all turned out, the same as the primer design they showed me, they were so professional and most importantly clean!! Jonathan and Leo took control and made sure everything was perfect. I appreciate Skytech Builders for coming in and handling everything in a professional way.
