After spending a few weekends trying to find a venue for our wedding, I declared that we needed a wedding planner. We found Liz and she was extremely helpful. We paid for the full service so that I could try to hand off stuff to her, and she reminded me that she was there to help me out with all of the wedding planning and assembly of stuff. She dove in to help with creating wedding invitations, pulling favors together, helping with program assembly, in addition to all the other 'normal wedding planner' stuff. I was trying to have a "green" wedding, so she was doing research for me on how to pull a wedding together, using recycled products, stuff that could be reused, and limit the carbon footprint. This saved me a lot of time and energy. In the midst of all of the insanity, I was laid off, and I put a hold on the wedding planning. Bless Liz's heart, she stuck with me. A month or so later, we decided to push forward with the wedding, and she was always there with me to help. Through Liz, I found the BEST wedding photographers (B&G Photography), and an amazing Los Angeles Bakery (Hansen's Cakes). She handled coordinating everything with the wedding venue - so I didn't have to worry about it. The day of, Liz handled EVERYTHING. My job was to show up and have a good time. It was the best investment I made for my wedding - having Liz there allowed me to let go of control and just have a good time. Liz is very professional, but she is a lot of fun, too. She will pull it all together, keep on smiling, and keep you smiling through it all.
