we dropped them off to clean the apt, after 1-2 days they called and said everything was done, took the money before the apartment was cleaned, when we arrived back no work had been done and they had just left.   previous tenant was cleanly but they did no followup work.

"A total lie. The person who ordered the cleaning was not [removed member name]. The price agreed upon was $150.00 and he paid $20.00 extra in appreciation for the meticulous cleaning our maid performed for three hours to scrub a greasy stove in the kitchen of his residence. In the apartment the maid spent 4 hours cleaning the kitchen, the bathroom, the closets, cabinets, baseboard and windows inside out. Due to the absence of electric power the carpet was not vacuumed and we notified the owner who said "do not worry my dad will shampoo the rug later.""
