RSG Plumbing arrived within minutes of when they quoted me for the approximate arrival - they went to work straight away, took care of clearing out our drain on the back half of the house - finished promptly, cleaned up after themselves, and did an overall great job. Drain is cleared out, washing machine and dishwasher now running:) We are happy, overall, with the service they provided. NIce guys to boot!

The pipe break occurred Friday at about 4pm. I had to shut off the water main at the meter. I called a few plumbers, and no one could even look at it until Saturday at the earliest. I called SGS and he was able to stop by around 15 minutes after I called him. That gave me just enough time to dig out the pipe and see what the real problem was. Our copper pipe had snapped. Ralph fixed it right on the spot. He was very professional and easy-going. Thanks Ralph!

I had occasion to have my villa foundation to come out and inspect my home and help me with other things. They come over to help with something else. I found out I could have gotten the water heater free. They check a number of things for safety when they are here. They looked at the water heater. It had a bad carbon monoxide leakage. The venting pipe did not measure up to code. He didn't operate legally up to code. I was also told I could get a large fine if I don't have a permit. I should not have used this man.

We had a major clog in our main line. While doing laundry, both bathtubs starting gurgling water up out of their drains, toilets stopped flushing, toilet base leaked. Big mess. Called RSG and left a message because it was on a Sunday evening. Ralph Gonzalez returned our call that evening and arranged to come out the next morning. He came out with an assistant and discussed possible causes, complications. Used mega large snake to drill into our main line and patiently took nearly two hours to find access to the line and then tediously snake 100 feet through, getting stuck at times. Ralph was thorough in explaining issues and made a point of showing us the main pipe location and capping it so that it would be easy to find the next time if a problem occurred.

Did an excellent job. Was on time, very professional and the price was fair. We will use him again.

We were lucky to be able to get in immediate touch with RSG services on Labor Day weekend! He came over pretty quickly and fixed a leaky pipe that we had just discovered was causing a flood in our basement. He was nice and professional. I would definitely call him again.

Very well, they were very quick, polite, and respectful of my floors / property to keep everything clean. They felt like a nice neighbor coming to help.

I called Ralph at RSG Plumbing after reading good reviews here and on Yelp. I called late in the morning. He was heading to a job in my area and said he could stop by after that and have a look. The job ran late and when I spoke with him again he was still willing to come by but wasn't sure how late it would be. I asked if he would rather come by the next day but he was booked all day Fri and Sat, so I appreciated that he was willing to come by after a long day. Ralph and his assistant, Sam, arrived 10 minutes after they called to say they were on the way, they assessed the problem and got to work. They removed the portion of the pipe and fitting that were broken and leaking (alot!) and replaced with a new one. I was extremely relieved they were able to complete this job before dark and before a long holiday weekend. Ralph was pleasant and efficient and explained what needed to be done and showed me what had been wrong. I am planning to call him to come back and finish some other non-emergency work and am very pleased with the job he did and level of service he provided.

They are fabulous. They are very responsive. They are proactive. They are very reliable and very honest. They do good work. I would absolutely use them again.

Ralph came out and did a great job cleaning out a very tough clog. He was extremely polite and friendly and didn't seemed to be bothered at all by all my questions--like to try and learn as much as I can from anyone that does any work on my home. His business is located in my new neighborhood of Eagle Rock and I 'm extremely happy I've found someone close by that I can trust with my future plumbing needs.

The toilet started gurgling when the washing machine began to drain, so I contacted Ralph Gonzalez. He agreed to come the next morning (I'd told him it wasn't urgent). I wasn't home when he arrived, since he was a bit early, but he called to let me know he was there and waited the five minutes until I arrived. Since he'd done a major line cleaning for us several years earlier, he immediately checked the overflow valve to see if there was a clog. After numerous flushes, he determined that the problem had resolved itself with no need for further concern at that time. (He's told us that we will likely have to replace a portion of our very long line, which crosses another property before reaching the street, due to tree roots. We were both worried that the gurgling was an indicator that the roots had taken over the pipe.) I pulled a 'while you're here....' and he quickly cleaned out our sluggish tub drain. He and his assistant were here about a half hour, but refused payment, I suspect because we're very loyal customers. We've called Ralph on numerous occasions and he's always been professional, honest, fairly priced, efficient, and incredibly neat (and that's no small thing when you're dealing with plumbing issues in your intimate living space). We've referred him to numerous friends for a variety of jobs and the feedback we've received has been very, very positive. When plumbing repairs can be so expensive, it's an incredible relief to know that we can trust Ralph's advice and work.

I called a couple of plumbing places from AL, but nobody could go over to my house that day. The leaking from the galvanized pipe was quite plenty and I didn't want to wait any longer. I called RSG, even though they had 2 reviews, but both reviews were positive. Ralph answered my call and asked me questions about the plumbing situation, he gave me an estimate and confirmed he could arrive to the house in a few hours. Ralph is a knowledgeable and nice guy, he gave me options and the pricing for each. Fast and effective service with very reasonable pricing! I would definitely recommend RSG Plumbing to anybody I know.

Ralph called back quickly and made an appointment for the following morning. He was right on time, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient! The problems, thankfully, were not major, but he noticed a few things we had not and took care of them as well. The work was done immediately and effectively - and important to us - cleanly! His price was more than fair, and the service provided was excellent. I would recommend RSG Plumbing without hesitation...and have even put them on my speed dial!

Ralph came by and gave me estimate for work I needed done. Came ready to work on agreed days. He did find a gas pipe connection and the connections to my gas heater and furnace that where not up to code and suggested what needed to be done. I agreed to have the additional work done. During the work, my toilet seat got damaged which he let me know about and replaced it (no charge). He cleaned up after work was done. During entire time Ralph was very pleasant and honest.
