The workers were very nice. I definitely appreciated them, but they arrived an hour and half after the agreed time, which kind of threw off my day and made it hard to coordinate. Also, and maybe this is just me, but I felt like it was an astonishing amount of money for what seemed like a very basic clean up. Perhaps I'm wrong but for $400 (after tips) I was shocked to find a lot of missed spots around pretty obvious parts of the house, like dust still on the coffee table and dust left in my bathrooms medicine cabinets. I'm kind of disappointed, overall.

They used the shower as a mop sink and emptied god knows how much saw and drywall dust down it. Now the shower tub and toilet are clogged. Their “GM” gave some song and dance about how they only poured a little water down the drain and discarded all the dust in my bins. There is one tiny bag of trash in my bins, while my brand new shower is completely filled with sawdust. The fact that they showed up to a construction cleanup job with only a dyson hand vac and not a shop vac should have been my first clue that these fools were scammers. They even closed the shower and distracted me by saying my toilet was clogged. I noticed after they left and I had paid via Zelle what actually happened. Scam scam scam alert these are defiantly pros but pro scammers not pro cleaners.

RioMaid to the rescue!! Wonderful people got my elderly mom's place wonderfully clean after not having had any help for nearly a year due to covid concerns. Wow. This company busted there humps and turned on the elbow grease. They made a calcified toilet like new. Shampood my carpet. Degressed my kitchen cabinets, floor, fridge, microwave, cleaned my patio, sliding glass doors, kitchen and living room windows. So much hard work done non stop. I didn't cover everything but I am very pleased. I will use only them in the future

They missed several areas that should have been cleaned, such as bottom of window sills, shutters, window areas that were later corrected with a razor and some “elbo grease”, underside of stove hood, higher up shelves in the kitchen, mold in the shower that was later corrected again with some Clorox, a razor and brush, and more “elbo grease”. Overall, compared to previous ‘deep cleanings of houses’ I’ve moved in and out of, this was a very mediocre job. Would not hire again.

The crew showed up on time. They were very professional and got right to work. This was an elderly person's home. There was a lot to clean up. Lots of "accidents' and neglect. I'm not even sure they took a lunch break. They did a terrific job and spent around 5 hours getting the house cleaned up. I felt the fee was reasonable.
