This was a big deal purchase and it was terrible. They splattered paint all over my front porch concrete. They attempted to clean it and could not. I just remember being really unsatisfied with their work. I remember we had a lot of problems. They charged us a lot more than the price of the deal. I think it went up to about $800. We had asked them to do some extra. They set the appointment quick. They were punctual, but they also dripped some paint also in my back yard. Not a lot, but it is still there. I mean, the guy was nice, but. The funny thing was we asked them to just patch because we had some cracks because of an earthquake. They patched, but they only primed. It is really bizarre and they did not know how to patch the cracks because I still have the cracks. It is a mess.

post, that had termites in it. He then removed that portion,and replace it. He then braced it, sanded and painted it to match t\he existing post. he did a great job. This is the third or fourth time I've used Willy for various jobs, and he has performed them to perfection. I will definitely use him, again should the occasion arise.

He is extremely friendly and responsive -- I have to hand that to him. He clearly does what it takes to get business in the door, then it all goes downhill.
One of my biggest pet peeves with contractors is the scheduling circus that they can create in order to presumably fit in more jobs. This was a problem in this case. Willie promised me they would complete the job in 2 days-- he even put dates in the original invoice b/c i told him up front it is a big deal to me. I'm extremely busy and rescheduling time being home to have repairs done is a huge inconvenience, and I felt that my time was not respected at all.
The first day went spectacularly. They showed up on time, were friendly, did the work.
The 2nd day, Willie texted me at 8am that they would be late. At 10am, the new time he said they would show up, I had to contact him later to find out what was going on. Then he added more delays, saying they couldn't be there until the afternoon, when I had already told him earlier I had to leave the house at 1pm. Then he said they couldn't finish the job that day and pushed the job to another day in the week, when I had already scheduled work around him.
The quality of the work was not good. They did not cover my furniture while painting, and there is still paint on my floors. The paint they used was not flat as I had told him repeatedly, it has a sheen, and now the ceiling is patchy.
Bottom line: Bad quality work. Extremely frustrating and I felt totally disrespected.

After drywall was done customer said she will purchase the paint, no paint was purchased, so she asked if we could buy it for her and she got upset because there was a fee for pick up and delivery, customer was so upset because we were late due to purchase time. We coved all furniture and floor to protect from any spills but of course she is upset for being charged for our time, which is a common. Very unpleasant customer."

We did everything we promised as we promised, it is normal to use a hairdryer to expedite the drying process (you may ask any drywall service providers ) and we did this to do more in such short time. Your drywall patch was not ready to sand and paint as it was still wet."

"Thank you for your business. The portion of water damaged drywall was replaced and orange peel was applied. The next step is to paint (Drywall spackle and orange peel takes a while to dry) but the invoice only was for drywall repair as promised. The paint was a 30 minute job which they said they will do themselves. After the repairs were done, customer refused to pay, we left and send payment dues to collection and after few days they made payment."

If I were at home... I may not feel so bad, but I was waiting in a empty apartment and minutes felt like hours... I spent my whole day preparing and they just cancel. Wish they would have just told me they did not want to come in the first place. Very disappointing. I feel so disrespected. It is not about the refund... I just wanted better communication and respect. Oh well, better to deal with them over text messages than to have problems when they arrived. Maybe this was actually a blessing in disguise.
