Good, tile floor is beautiful. Carpet was a cheap grade but overall carpet cleaning was good.

Tenant had left our living room carpet badly soiled so we called Quality Carpet Cleaning after researching the Angie's List. We were confused when a van from Sunshine Carpet Cleaning arrived at the appointed time but was assured he was with Quality Carpet Cleaning. We were delightfully surprised when he was finished since the carpet was really clean except for a small yellow stain which he said was permanent with is much better than before. Yes we would hire them again.

This business received a grade of F from me due very poor customer service from beginning to end. On a Thursday afternoon I asked for a quote online to have my apt carpet cleaned it said 100% of quotes will be given within one hour of requesting it. Well , that was a bunch of bull not only did I not receive the quote within an hour I never received one at all. Go figure. I managed to locate a coupon for Quality Carpet Cleaning and the next day, Friday I scheduled an appt to have my carpets cleaned for the upcomng Tuesday, The tech was to arrive between 8 and 9 am Tuesday I wanted an early appt because I had an eye doctor appt later that morning and my plan was to leave tech at my apt and he could just lock and shut the door behind him as he left. The tech turned out to be an idiot who did the opposite of what I asked. I asked him to take his time getting here and told him the closer he arrived near 9 am the better. He said OK and then sped his car directly my apt and arrived at 8:00. I told the tech whose name was Jacob that I would be leaving shortly for an appt and he carried on like a kod telling me no he didn't want me to leave blah blah blah blah and that he would hurry cleaning the rug it wouldn't take long. I told Jacob not to rush through the job I wanted him take his time and do it right. Well I waited for Jacob to finish the job which he rushed through even I told him not to unbelievable. After he was done cleaning he dumped his dirty water into my street thanks a lot. I strongly urge people looking for a carpet cleaner to NOT call Quality Carpet Cleaning there are too many other companies doing the same thing but better quality and better price. Quality Carpet Cleaning is nothing special its equipment looks like the cleaning machines you can rent in stores. No uniforms or company equipiment the employees of this company are not bonded or insured they appear to be just contractors working in that capacity. Save your money and avoid the headaches here Quality Carpet Cleaning is a second tier business and it does not know the meaning of good customer service. Find another company to clean your carpet..

Glenn did a fabulous job! Renters were in the property for 5 years, and after they left, it was obvious that they had a dog! Glenn deep cleaned the carpet, sanitized and eliminated the pet urine smell, and he repaired a spot in the living room that had to be cut out. He was quick to respond, friendly and professional, his estimate was spot on and he stuck to it, and he did an amazing job! I HIGHLY recommend him!!!

They were prompt and able to schedule me very quickly and have confirmed tomorrow's appointment window.

All went very well and was an exceptional job, except that the carpet took 48 hours to dry! Very inconvenient!!

It was done expertly and efficiently. Freddie was on task from the minute he arrived. I was extremely happy with Freddie's knowledge and professionalism. And he worked very hard.

They were very responsive and reasonable. I decided to have the tile replaced instead of cleaned so I ended up hiring someone else, but I would definitely refer them again!

Jose did an excellent job as always. He never disappoints. The company always does a follow up call the next day To make sure that you are satisfied with their work.

12/17/2018 Unprofessional. Two Jose's. One Jose-1, One Steve, One Jose-2. Not hired after two Estimate Visits. No vehicle I.D., No QCC Uniform, or Business or I.D. Cards. Only Work Order Estimate dox. First Estimator Tech. Steve reported instead of Jose-1 on 12/04 Tues, had poor at best comm. skills. Customer could not understand, nor could Tech show understanding Customer. by 12/10 Estimate had not reached Admin. Office. Second Estimator-Techs Jose-2 and Helper arrived 12/15, over two hours past end of two hours window for Saturday 8-10 AM. Time was as instructed. No phone calls exchanged with customer. Each estimate were differently priced and performed by different methods, when Customer was assured by Bonnie Chacon that all Techs estimate with same method. Not recommended. EVW 121718
