"Thank you so much for taking Time to review our business. Your house is huge and packed with all kind of things ,which you wanted the cleaners to deatail clean. The house has 6 or more bathrooms and over 7000 Sq. You needed all your laundry washed including bedding and ironed. Even after I told you that we really do not have the time to iron you had 1 lady iron all your sheets, so therefore you took one cleaner away and there were only 2 ladies cleaning. You got your windows cleaned for free and still complained about it. Btw we do not do a flat rate, we charge by hourly and no one promise a flat rate to you. The cleaners were watch the entire time and did not feel comfortable cleaning at your house at all. You were very disrespectful and rude to them while there were doing the best they could under the very strange circumstances. In all my years of business I never wrote anything like this and this is only a little of what really happened. I'm so sorry but there is no way that anyone can satisfies you, unless you clean yourself. Have a good day!"
