I messed up my address but I tried to deal with the customer service to get if fixed but they were terrible. Than I finally get frustrated and cancelled my order, requested to refund my money and to take me off their list. They refunded my money but that was after 7 weeks of constant calling. They were not forthcoming on anything.

I've bought a number of products with them. They have good deals. They are quite cooperative in taking things back. They offer bargains on clearance items, but be careful of impulsive buying which I am a victim of. They are very prompt and responsive in giving a receipt. The products are also of good quality.

We were not pleased with something that we ordered, but after several calls to our credit card company and overstock.com we finally got ahold of Toi, a manager at overstock.com.  She took charge and got everything taken care of.  She listened well, took responsibility for the situation, and sent the new order to us quickly.  We are very pleased with the end result.

Their prices were very reasonable.  I’m very pleased with my new kitchen.  They came in a timely fashion just in time for Christmas.  I will use them again to get a bedroom set soon.

I thought that their products are good. They have free shipping so I'm very happy with them. You get a good discount. They offer free shipping.

I ordered a gift that was too be shipped directly to the recipient. On their check out form they have a box to check if it is a gift. I checked this box. They included the price of the item on the paper sent with the item and also did not put my name anywhere as too who it was from. When I contacted them they said that they do not include the gift givers name, to keep the surprise. It would be nice to know this upfront, or have the choice of having your name included. They need to double check and make sure that there are no prices included when it is marked as a gift. I can not speak for the quality of item, as I have not seen it.

I have never had a problem with ordering the product or the delivery of the product.

Merchandise was over advertised, and of poor quality. Size ordered was correct, but still too small. Return shipping and restock fee were not plainly stated. Return policy predatory. Return criteria very difficult to achieve. Total return cost equaled about 23% of my original purchase. Over all I had a poor online shopping experience. They seem to spend most of their budget on media advertising and not quality or costumer satisfaction.
