Thanks! You relocated my possessions at the beginning of the last month. Needless to say that I have never met people worked so quickly. Your movers lift so much stuff at once, it's something unreal. I was absolutely pleased. And guys didn't stretch the time, and were very cautious during the work. A brief meet and greet, several general questions and instructions, and they are off to work with you in a record time. By the way, the price I was offered by them was worth of their moving services. The final costs were even less than I was expected. Max, Larry, and Jeff - what a strong crew!

I need to move a bed on a very short notice. And it could be delivered to the place I bought it next day. So there was only several hours to take my old bed away. I called another company but they were busy for the hours I needed. Then I contacted these guys and fortunately they could help me in a very quick way. However, I insisted that my old bed being out no later than 8AM. Paul and Den came to my place on time. They were careful, useful, and professional. Actually these movers went beyond all my expectations. Advise and will call them again.

I used this moving company when we were moving our company's office to another city. Must say, the movers had a lot to do: tons of stuff as we had been working there for about 5 years. The movers came on time, work quickly and were very helpful while wrapping our belongings. They also unpacked the stuff after delivery to the new building. By the way, the crew even helped to assemble our furniture and put where it should be. The whole moving process took them about 8 hours plus a short break for lunch. Of course, recommend their moving services.

I was looking for some an affordable and reliable moving company. Luckily, I found this one and went with them. And after that research, I must say, I could be a tru pro in moving. So, I don't like to pack, wrap, fight with angles or painted walls.... that's why these guys became a real godsent. Andrew and Sam were so good at every stage of the moving. They care fast and do my life as easy as possible. The furniture was wrapped as if it was their own. Andrew was beyond polite, and their customer service was super great. Even despite some challenges the crew was just a joy to be around.

Move from Los Angeles to New York went smooth without any damages or extra charges

Scheduled on Friday night 8pm and it was the last minutes I have to move out, couldn't afford any additional charge other than the minimum, or late arriving. Long distance movers alliance arrived 15mins earlier, checked all my stuff, went over the contract, very reasonable quote. They are very careful about my stuff particularly if I marked with 'fragile' and also the wooden furniture. They carried all huge boxes at a time which is unbelievable for me. They loaded all my stuff within half an hour, drove for the day and unloaded them within 45mins. I paid after all the stuff in my new room. After that, I asked them to do me a favor to bring a single bed (mattress and frame) from a friends' apartment which is located in same community but different building. They were pleased to do so. Long distance movers alliance are perfect and friendly. I already recommended them to my friends because students are moving. I definitely will use them again!

Tony and the two other guys who moved us were absolutely wonderful. They were polite, understanding, honest, and treated our belongings with care. They treated our furniture like it was their own and nothing got broken not the furniture, nor the doorways or walls. It was an absolute pleasure working with them, and by the end of the day they felt like family. I could not recommend them more highly, I hope to never have to move again, but if I do, they will be the first call I make. Long distance movers alliance were great, thanks for a job well done.

We were very happy with Movers Alliance. They showed up early (this never happens with movers!) and they were professional workers.  They worked very hard and I really appreciated that they did not charge us for all the for all the little extras (e.g., shrink wrap, cardboard for my flat screen tv's) like some other companies do. They completed the job in exactly the middle of their estimate, which was also pleasantly surprising for us.  They were extremely careful in handling our furniture and they honored our indications where we marked things "fragile, top only." We had just had new wood flooring installed in our new house as well and they were extremely careful not to get it scratched, including repeatedly taking on and off their shoes any time they had to walk over the newly installed carpets also!!  We were extremely pleased with Movers Alliance and would strongly recommend them.

Movers Alliance is pretty solid. I've used several moving companies in the
past.. some over charged, missing items and long wait time for delivery of
items once loaded. What I liked about Movers Alliance is I waited so long to find movers and they
were able to squeeze my move in with a 24hrs notice. Something?s to watch out
for when using any moving company is to make sure you either have everything
packed, ready and broken down or be sure to have backup boxes, tape and other
supplies (this will help for a faster move) and do not overpack boxes being
that they stack them to make room for all your items in one trip. Movers Alliance arrived
on time with 3 movers. The packing took about 3 hours which was great on timing.
Paul was also excellent. Very glad I found them. Unfortunately there are no
shortcuts to moving, and you must make sure you adequately prepared and have
the right movers. These is the best long distance moving company we ever used!

 

I was not moving an entire house of furniture so I knew there would be a window of delivery, was explained by move coordinator Joseph.  The problem is I've been unable to get an update on delivery and today, June 3rd no furniture.
I started emailing Joseph on 5/26 to confirm I'd arrived Jacksonville and was available any date at any time for delivery.  I've gotten nothing back except, our dispatcher Alan will contact you with an update, Oh Alan hasn't contacted you yet, Alan is at lunch, Alan is not in today, Alan has not started work yet and my favorite, I'm sorry but only Alan can give you an update.
Last night after several phone calls from me during the day Joseph called me, said he'd have an answer this morning.  I understand they're 3 hours behind Jax so I waited until 1pm my time.  Alan was not in, he starts at 3 eastern today, Alan did not leave an update for me and I assure you as soon as he arrives I'll ask.
When I asked for a supervisor I was put on hold, Joseph returned to tell me that Laura will work with Alan when he arrives.  I was not given a last name for Laura, said he did not know it.
I choose this company because of their on-line reviews, which were excellent, if this is an exception, well ok.  My problem is their customer service, it's unacceptable that no one but the elusive Alan can give updates.
Will update this review when I receive my furniture.

Received household goods Monday, June 8th. Condition of belongings was very  good, so far only 1 damaged lamp shade. Finally made contact with customer service rep who sent me a claim form.
