Michael is an increasingly rare example of a tradesman who recommends what you *actually* need â even if what you *think* you need would make him a lot more money. During his first visit, he spent almost an hour inspecting every aspect of our HVAC system and asking what issues we were noticing. He explained that replacing our existing equipment wouldnâ t solve the issue because our 70-year-old house was never designed for central HVAC in the first place. He instead recommended a mini-split setup in the area of the house that doesnâ t heat or cool well. The resulting work was less than half the cost of replacing our entire system â which was what I originally called him to price out. He worked quickly, did everything he said he would, always showed up on schedule, and took extra time to ensure his work looked good inside and out. He was transparent about his pricing, and the final bill matched his initial estimate exactly. In short, heâ s one of the best HVAC pros Iâ ve worked with. And he has my highest recommendation.

They were able to detect the problem that (no exaggeration) eight different "qualified' contractors could not.....Circuit board failure).... Replaced it ,,,, problem fixed. Cudos to Michael and assistant for a good job

Michael is clearly a Reanaissance kind of guy; knowledgeable in many areas, professional, efficient, and very personable. The work we needed done was expensive, but necessary, and I believe the price we paid was fair. He was a gentleman, explained everything he did, and our options before he started work. We will definitely have him back in the future!

My central air went out at the worst possible (heatwave) time and all technicians (including Michael) were overwhelmed with work. Still, he was able to swing by to take a look early the next morning, order the part and I was up and running almost immediately. Whew! I was entirely at his mercy (price-wise) as everyone was desperate for technicians and I would have paid double anyway just because he came so quickly while I was melting. But he is too nice a guy! His sense of fairness matches his professionalism and I found what he charged to be very reasonable under any circumstances, let alone desperate ones. He is the kind of super nice guy you like having in your home. The kind of guy I actually like to pay rather than some schmuck I found them online.

Wow! During the heatwave of 08/2020, he came out immediately. Owner/operator, need I say more. Very experienced and had our Day and Night unit running 15 minutes after his arrival. I'll keep his contact info on my go-to list.

He diagnosed the issue without a thorough inspection. He had to come back the next day because the problem he said he fixed was not fixed. He did respond promptly and come fix the problem.

Extremely knowledgeable. One problem led to another and so on. Michael kept me informed the whole way. He easily could have just recommended a new unit but save me thousands by repairing the unit. He was timely and courteous. This man truly has the customer in mind. Everyone should call him first.
