Mario Meneses Construction

We purchased a home about 1.5 months ago. The house had good bones, great interior appeal but lacked some serious TLC to the exterior and some of the fundamentals. We had multiple contractors come in but we went with Mario because of his fair pricing and 30+ years of experience. Mario Meneses construction is a family owned business. Mario himself is on the jobsite supervising the details of the job. The rare times he is not there his trusty foreman Wendy, is supervising the job. I can't begin to tell you how impressed we were with this company. In the middle of the roof job, and before the shingles were on, a very strong, windy rainstorm hit our area. We had a few leaks, & telephoned Mario right away. Within the hour, he had one of the roofers here doing the repair, in the middle of a severe storm! You can tell from what he says that he has experience, he has knowledge of doing work to code and makes sure he does it right and not mickey mousing the work. From being strategic of placing our foundation pads, to spotting no footings to a major part of the house, to providing a sound roof, he had it covered. We have more major work (addition, drainage, concrete pouring) that we will definitely be calling Mario for in the future!!
