I asked for a quote on Sunday night. I received a callback on Monday. They cleaned the apartment the same day. Two cleaning people arrived right on time and brought their own cleaning supplies. The dispatch person called prior to them arriving and right after they arrived. The cleaning went a little faster than originally planned which was great. They even did a few dishes that I had left in the sink which I hadn't expected. The next day I received a follow up call to make sure the cleaning went well which it did. Excellent communication from the company. Very professional.

They were great. It went really well, they were really thorough, punctual and I thought they did a really great job. I would use them again.

A redo from previous service and excellent service this time. The team knew exactly what they were doing. I was working and observing and they worked around me. I did NOT need to do a walk through at the end because I saw that they knew what they were doing. Lety, Roxana and Jose (Supervisor) are the team I recommend you ask for with service.

I have used Maggy Maids for several months, so this review is an overview. I tried out five or six of the Maggy Maid cleaning crews before settling on one. With one exception, the first week's cleaning by each crew was excellent. As weeks passed, unless I inspected each room as it was cleaned, there were occasional misses. Personally, I am more comfortable being there with the crew so that nothing is missed. Overall, I would highly recommend Maggy Maids. The customer service is exceptional; there is same-day follow up and any problems are addressed immediately.

On the day of the service, I received a call to let me know that they were running late (stuck in traffic) and would be 15-20 minutes late. I appreciated the heads up. They were friendly, polite and professional when they arrived. I showed them around the house and they immediately got to work. I was impressed with their thoroughness, they moved things around in order to clean under them, they cleaned the oven - that was above what I expected, and even did the few dishes I had from taking my lunch to work that day. The floors looked great and were free of dust bunnies and pet hair. We have plantation shutters on most of our windows and they dusted, cleaned and cleared out any and all cobwebs that were hiding on them. Once they arrived and confirmed that the job would take about 3.5 hours, I called to submit my paypal payment, and was told they had a Yelp coupon for $20 off...so when all was said and done, I was charged $190 for 3.5 hours of glorious cleaning. Well worth the cost...for a little more time not spent cleaning.

I was impressed by their customer service from the moment I called them. They quickly provided me with a great quote, included a coupon I found, and were very professional. Even when we had to move our date since our closing date was being bounced around they were friendly. The home we bought was a Short Sale so it was left filthy with dirt, trash and dust everywhere. The two ladies that showed up were friendly and after 4 hours, made the whole home sparkling. They even dusted off the ceiling fans. Now we are even more excited to move in.... so thanks! Definitely recommended.

Very professional customer service and the maids were very good. We hired them to clean the whole 2 bedroom/2bath condo after remodeling. There was so much construction dust and dirt. They did such a good job. We will hire them again.

They were great. Both of them worked very hard and got much more done in the house than we expected, so they exceeded our expectations. We will definitely use them again in the future.

Excelleng -- Alex and Tanya were professional, polite, punctual, pleasant and worked very hard. The home office called me before, during and after the cleaning to make sure everything was going right. Terrific service, I will use them again.

Excellent service: prompt, hard working. Cleaned the whole house, including windows inside and out (wasn't easy) in about 6 hours. Fair price, good quality of work.

We hand an emergency and called Maggy Maids based on the Angie's List report and although they came about an hour later than promised (we called at the last minute) they came with their own cleaning supplies and did a great job on our house. We needed two maids because of the size of the job and how fast we needed it done and within three hours it was all clean and ready for our situation. Will use them again.

Arrived on time. The two women were very efficient. They were very attentive to what I asked them to do and what not to do (don't polish my antique metal objects, don't use cleanser on certain surfaces). They finished the general cleaning a bit early and stayed to clean several windows. I would hire them again.

They were very thorough and they were insured and bonded. They showed up promptly and did what I asked them to do. It was a good experience overall.

It went ok. They were extremely prompt. It cost more than I expected and they don't take personal checks so Angie's list should remove that icon from their page. I had to pay in cash since they don't take personal checks as my credit card number had been stolen and I was getting a new one so that was a little annoying. The woman on the phone (Chris I think) was very nice and helpful. The two women who cleaned the apartment also were very nice and did a great job. The apartment had never looked as good. I "almost" wanted to move back in.

The company answered my initial e-mail promptly (within a few hours). They followed up with a phone call without assuming I'd hire them. They gave me a flat rate per hour price even though I told them my house was very dirty. Once I told them I'd like to hire them, I told them that I hadn't decided whether to clean any or some of them bedrooms. They said it was fine if I decide on that day, which was great - no pressure. I was able to let them clean two of the four bedrooms (made the kids straighten up first). This pair worked extremely hard and really took their time on the problem areas (kitchen and bathrooms). They both spoke English well enough for me to communicate what I needed. The dispatcher called me to be sure the crew got there on time and gave me the final estimate based on cleaning 2 of 4 bedrooms. She also asked me how they were doing. The crew was courteous and earnest. They cared about their work. I had used another cleaning company before and they did a lousy job for $90 for a very rushed 2 hours (that's all they were allowed). The Maggy Maid crew worked for four hours at $200 based on what I actually needed. The results were so far superior that I definitely plan to use them again.

They were able to do exactly what we were hoping for. They were very friendly and very easy to deal with. If needed, we would use them again.

A team of two came out and cleaned for 4 hours. I think they did a terrific job.

I got what I wanted and what I paid for.

I called Maggy Maid up and they sent out a team of 2 cleaners. The cleaners arrived on time and were ready to work. They cleaned my kitchen, bathroom, scrubbed my tub, toilets, washed my clothes, made my bed. My place looks wonderful. What more could you ask for. I have them clean every other week and I have the same cleaners everytime.
