We bought a new dishwasher and had it installed in February. The sales process went great. They have a very nice showroom, and their salespeople are very knowledgeable. Our salesperson was Tony Topps. They use a 3rd party named Precision Appliance Installation for installation, and they were good too. However, in August the screws holding the dishwasher in place fell out. Apparently the screws were too short. I called Tony, and he spoke to Precision, and they came out, at no charge, and put in longer screws. I really love a company that stands behind their products, and their work, and really wants to do right by their customers. Howard's Appliances does just that, as did their 3rd party installer. We also bought a gas cooktop and had it installed in August. Mark Brown was our salesperson this time, and he was also very knowledgeable. The showroom was still very nice, but they had put Covid prevention safety rules in place, and the showroom felt like a very safe space to shop. Again, they used Precision Appliance Installation for installation of the cooktop, and everything went very well.
