I don't know how they did it in such deadly heat but elite moving & storage just moved my house including all the packing from Los Angeles to Palms Springs! Thank you Michael, Jose and Josh for doing such a marvelous job with the upbeat pace and a professional grit. These movers made our day. At 7:50 am they were already at the house start working, packing and wrapping the whole kitchen and bedrooms. We thought that this whole entire process will take at least 3 days to complete since this was a long distance move (3 hours away) but with elite moving & storage everything was done much faster and efficient. By 5pm the day before the actual move took place, the truck was already full with all the bulky items and part of the boxes. The charge for this long distance move was not expensive compare to the other estimates that we received AND it didn’t includes any additional charge whatsoever. This was a big relief because in the past, when we used another company to move our home, at the end of the move, we received a bigger final bill that included so many hidden charges and we were so disappointed from it because we didn’t expect that OR thought it will be that high at the end. With this moving company the whole process was clear from the booking till the delivery. And Donna the main leading person from the office, broke down all the charges upfront so I knew exactly what we can expect at the end. We really liked the service we received from these movers and once again, finishing up such a job while being under this heat is heroic action. If we ever were to move again, which we are not planning in the near future I will contact elite moving & storage for sure.

This is definitely the best moving experience I've had for a while from a moving company. I had the total pleasure of hiring elite moving and storage to move my 3 bedrooms house early of last month. As soon as the movers showed up to the house early the day of the actual move, they start to work with no questions or complaining after they confirmed which items and boxes goes where. During this whole move, I did not have to lift a finger to do anything. The movers did all the work and I was there just to guide them about important things and boxes. They were pretty fast and efficient and mainly their knowledge about what they do, was very big. They are professional movers as they were able to quickly move everything out of house and into the moving truck that they brought for the move and mainly without a single scratch on anything. In the new house which was bigger than my old place, the movers had to carry a lot of the furniture and boxes to the second floor and even that they did without any complaint. One of the main challenges was the refrigerator. They had to remove the doors in order to take it out of the old house and to insert it thru the doors of the new house and the same thing was even for my bedroom set. What I appreciated most was that they left the house ONLY after they made sure that everything was where I want them and how I wanted them. I hope that I will not need to move again but in case I will need to, I will hire this company again for sure and without any hesitations. There were no hidden tricks, hidden charges or shiftiness - Just honesty, good work ethic and very motivated movers.

Pretty well, however we waived wrapping and packaging of furniture because I assumed they would treat furniture with respect, using common sense. They didn't protect furniture at all, so some things were scratched slightly. But I take blame for not paying extra to wrap the furniture. I would have liked it if they used blankets anyway to protect furniture.

What a difference you can get with just a phone call. I got a visit and another estimate from another moving company, who quoted me in excess of 3,200 for a move from a 2 bedroom apartment to a 4 bedroom house which was 20 miles away. When I tried to negotiate or to lower the estimate from other moving companies, I didn't get a call or email back. One of my friends who just moved recently, recommended me to call elite moving & storage. I honestly glad I made that call and spoke to Donna from the office. Donna walked me through all the logistics of the company, how they work and what should I except. The estimate from Donna arrived and it was close to half the other estimate I got. I couldn't have been more delighted. Donna was so helpful and the follow up from her really made all the difference in this moving process. We did all the packing including the kitchen and some of the furniture’s. We follow Donna’s packing advices and moving tips! Thanks again, Donna! The guys were all so helpful, great attitude, and super attentive. When we got to the new house, the movers were very flexible and helpful by moving all the furniture around, even when I was unsure where each item should be or was going to fit and where it all would fit. They of course assembled all the furniture and considering the amount of stuff we have it only took about 8 hours. The whole move came in about $1500 less than the original estimate from the other 2 moving companies that we got. The entire crew was really professional, helpful, and great attitude. If you can get the Team Leader Marcos, you will not have any worries because he is fantastic person. I highly recommend elite moving & storage.

In total we had about 120 boxes plus all the bulky furniture?s such as Cal King bed, desks, Dining table and chairs etc.? and the quote was over 7K. I took this estimate and I compared it to other companies including to renting moving pods to see if we can save some money by doing it like this. After this research, I found out it was too much complicated for so many reasons and the other companies came up with a higher estimate. When the movers showed up that morning, I was stressed because there were several items that I wasn?t able to pack yet. When they came inside they immediately started packing the last 10 boxes for us and all I had to do now was sit back and relax. DURING THE MOVE: after everything was loaded up to the truck, they gave us the driver?s cell number so we can call him at any time and ask for the latest update about the move. The driver (Jose) called us during that time to give us updates. This was a huge thing for us and we appreciated that a lot. The movers gave us the time frame of 0-12 day?s period and they arrived there on the 10th day. AFTER THE MOVE: When the movers arrived to the new house, they unloaded all the boxes and furniture?s and they even placed them in the right place at the house. After we opened the boxes, we noticed that nothing has been broken and everything arrived in good condition. We would totally recommend this company to anyone, they were great.

I never heard back. I phoned a dozen times and left messages. I was promised that I would be called back "in an hour," "that afternoon" or that I would be emailed with a quote. Two weeks later and nothing. All they do is make empty promises. Totally unprofessional and unreliable.

Juan, Michael and Michael the movers were all fantastic and Donna from the office.  Donna responded very quickly, after I called and requested a quote, and we confirmed the appointment within the 2 hours long before other moving companies responded! Overall, if I compare this company Elite moving and storage to the other companies quotes, I will say that this was the best value and had the most straightforward estimate (not the cheapest but definitely not the most expensive - it was just right).  
On the day of the move, Juan and Michael (the 2 teams which included 4 people overall) arrived within the estimated timeframe and started working right away. I was very impressed by how professional the people were. Nothing shakes your trust more than a team of guys driving an unmarked white truck loading up your entire apartment. On the day of the move, I was at the new house already and my husband was at the old house making sure that there are no problems of any kind. it was great to see how the movers took the time to get all the boxes and furniture into the truck while sorting them as much as they could. They also packed some plants and small things that I was planning on leaving them at the old place. All the while, doing their job quickly, efficiently, and happily. 
Fantastic coordinator (thanks Donna!). Super and great hardworking movers (thanks Michael and Juan!). We would definitely use them again and will refer them to friends and family in the meantime.

EXCELLENT COMPANY FROM START TO FINISH!When I needed to move from San Diego to  Northridge last month, I start to do a big research in hope to find a good company that will be able to perform that move and with as less problems as possible due to so many bad companies that exist.  I called 5 moving companies that I found online and I spoke to all of them. Only 2 companies including elite moving & storage got back to me the same day and asked for more information about my move. Donna was helpful and specific in her email and after hearing from the other people that used them in the past, I decided to go with them and hire them for my move. Juan, and his crew of the actual movers, were prompt to show up on the scheduled day of the move. I was stressed out that day and was arguing with my awful neighbors, but they didn't let that faze them at all. The movers came and wrapped all the furniture pretty fast and loaded the truck within 3 hours. When the movers arrived to my new house. They unloaded the truck and got everything (including my piano!) into my new house without any problem. No scratches, no glitches and nothing broken during the load and unload my items. They placed all the important things such the bed with the mattresses and other bulky items where I wanted them to be and they didn't waste time with the smaller stuff that I could place myself later. My 3 bedrooms house was moved from San Diego to my new location in less than a day. I was really impressed and pleased with the way they work and handled the move. Donna was the person from the office that followed up professionally and I was completely satisfied.

I had an insanely crazy guest house and I needed to move the same week another guest house several miles away from my place. I called few days before in order to see if they can help me with the move and to schedule the move for the same week. I talked to at least 7 other moving companies and a few sketchy other movers. I called elite moving & storage and I spoke to the operator who was so helpful, she even stayed long enough on the phone with me to make sure I got the moving time and day I wanted.  The window was 8-10am and the movers showed up at 8. My 3 movers were amazing! I had done a very poor packing job and even though I am only one, I have a lot of little stuff.  The movers packed my entire closets (I have two full ones) into wardrobes that they provided.  All of my little blankets and random items such as books and containers were placed into boxes that they also provided. The workers were so efficient and fast! Everything was wrapped with blankets, taken immaculate care of, and all I had to do was watch! I have never used professional movers like this company and based on my experience, I'll never move without them. They were worth every penny that I paid!  It took them ½ a day at the end because I have large items and it was quite a trek into my buildings, but they were happy and chatty the entire time! I also forgot to mention I have a kitten and a small dog who they handled so well! They made sure that they didn't slip out the door behind them or into any boxes. Seriously, call elite moving & storage. You won’t regret it!

I hired elite moving & storage for a rather rushing moving service over the weekend, and ended up needing to move through all the things via the backyard of the current house into the moving truck and from there, to our new house several streets forward. Despite the complicated reasons, Donna from the headquarters and the main person that I dealt with, was very fast responding to my questions, concerns and requests for suggestion. She was honest about whether I needed a truck, and helpful without being pushy or inpatient. In other words, she was fantastic. On the day of the actual move, Donna had called the night before to confirm the move the following morning. The 3 movers that arrived to the house were professional and arrived to the move earlier than schedule. They came in and sorted all the boxes and furniture’s so it will be easier for them to load and unload them at the new house They also asked me about any priorities for anything that I have and after the walk-through, they start to load the truck with everything and when we arrived to the new house, they pretty much remembered where each of the items and boxes supposed to go. The team really made the process easy for me as them. They were extremely careful and moved far more than I thought they would be able to in the time allotted. 
My only regret would not be hiring them to do more. 3 additional hours, they could have moved the of the furniture that we moved alone a day before, which took us a good amount of time to do and a lot of energy to move ourselves. I will definitely hire elite moving & storage for our next move, and cannot recommend them highly enough. Thanks Donna!

Such and amazing customer service! I’m honestly beyond satisfied with the services that I got from elite moving & storage. More than that, I can write that not only are they knowledgeable, please people to talk to and be around with during the work and helpful they are genuine and very friendly. I hired elite moving & storage to help me with a last minute move my upright Piano from my old place to my new place. This complex task became more challenging because I did not measure the space of the opening of the entrance doors. So the wonderful and extremely helpful elite moving & storage staff got creative and figured out a solution that I couldn’t do it without them. Not only that they provided me with the best price in town for that type of a service, but they are reliable and helpful. I'm glad that I was able to find that amazing moving company to do business with and I would definitely recommend elite moving & storage to all! Thank you elite moving & storage! I have never had movers before. But let me write that I from now on me will always hire them (for sure). And I will always contact elite moving & storage first. I was able to get an extra discount because I paid them cash and without any credit card. Donna sent to my house 4 movers (Juan, Avi, Michael and Noam) and a large truck. As soon as I signed the contract, they got to work (3 of them were already started!). I've never seen people move so efficiently and quickly. They didn't waste any time! The most thing that I noticed and loved is that they treated my stuff with respect like it was theirs, double and triple wrapping things. They were careful with my fragile items/boxes. And they were nice and respectful to me as well, which was lovely. It only took 5 hours to load my entire house and that was with double the drive time (it's a California law, they have to charge double time for the driving distance). Which was 4 hours. So double is 8 hour. That means it only took them 1 day to load and unload the truck!. If you can have all of your stuff in boxes, taped, bubble wrapped, etc., it benefits you time wise. I seriously wanted to help, but more felt like I was in the way. They were just that good. Very professional movers and office staff! That made me understand how it is worth every penny. Even on the phone, Donna was professional and nice to me. Phone manners are important to me and I hate to be on hold or waiting for answers. To the matter of fact, before contacting elite storage and moving, I actually turned down a company that was much cheaper (they did not offer as many services like saran wrapping your things and blankets (which Elite moving & storage does)), because the guy had no manners whatsoever and had a whatever-type attitude. It was worth it to be treated with respect, honesty and efficiency! Which is all the things Elite moving & storage is. THANK YOU!!!

I was struggling with how to get moved into my new home which was out of state. Thankfully, I found elite moving & storage. Donna from Elite is a great woman and she was able to supply me with everything I needed to pack and she is super easy to work and talk with. I received the quote from her very soon after my phone call to her and after their salesman visited my house to check what is involved. After I reviewed the estimate, I spoke once again to Donna and I booked the move later that same weekend. The staff were very friendly and no credit card was required to book. Despite my move only being a week away, they were able accommodate me and get the move scheduled. Donna kept me apprised of when the movers were on their way and everything went very smoothly. The movers were friendly and efficient. They finished the loading all of my stuff and packed them into their truck. 1 week after, my items arrived to my new destination in excellent condition and without any damage. The cost for the move was comparable to other moving companies and quite reasonable. It wound up not costing much more than if I had booked with U-Haul and paid two guys to help on my own. Great movers! Would definitely use them again!

I was so impressed by this moving company from start to finish, that there aren't enough words to express how fantastic Elite moving & storage. is! The positive reviews on this company are accurate and well-deserved. Everything that was done by this company was without any complain from the first conversation I had with them all the way when the move was completed. By that I mean from the initial call to the wonderful Donna, to the estimate done by an equally delightful Jonathan to make sure that our moving needs were in line with what we were expecting as far as price and time, to the actual move with our movers, Jose, Raul and Kim, all of it was superbly handled. The move included packing and transferring about 14-18 heavy and shaped pieces from the old place to the new one. These guys were very efficient and on top of all of it, even making sure they checked on everything to be moved before starting the work. I was so happy and impressed that they actually showed up at 8:30am as scheduled and prompt ahead and timely service often lacking these days. The move took 1 day, because this company had prepared us for how to make the move as easy as it can be and by doing that, we were able to save ourselves money from this move. This company seem to be committed to saving their customers money and prevent any unneeded hassle, and that is really great on their part. Moving is the opposite of fun and not something to be undertaken lightly. This company made our move so completely easy and problem-free, we'll gladly use them again and recommend them to anyone else. I do hope we don't need their services for a good long time, but I'm glad they are around if we do.

Holy lord these company and mainly the movers are incredible. After a long research, I made my reservation with Donna, to move my house from Long Beach to Palmdale. The work should start between 7-9am and the movers showed up around 7:20 (Donna called me twice to inform me with their ETA) and started moving stuff like my personal items and small things that I couldn’t pack in a box. No slackers here. Michael gave me an estimate and assured me that it wouldn't be more than that, which is a nice touch because it encourages the movers to work quickly. Jonathan and Jose rounded out the three person crew and they went gangbusters on our stuff, some of which still needed to find their place in any open boxes. Michael asked me the right questions and had friendly personality which made the sweat-filled time we had a bit more enjoyable. All thee movers were all great but Michael is a phenomenal man. He's was carrying many boxes on his back. Whole chairs. Doubles boxes and heavy books. I saw him going around my fridge as he taped it up to prepare it for loading to the truck. They moved the old fridge that was decaying in the new place out and brought my new one in. And my new place does not have a convenient loading zone either. But they were able make it. My past experience is that moving is not an easy task and these guys do it on a daily basis. Sometimes more than once a day and they do it with smiles and positive attitudes. At the end, even with supplies that I ended up having to purchase, the total was about what he estimated. I gave them a big tip because they really impressed me.  Hire them. You won't be sorry. If you are, you didn't get Jonathan, Eli, and Jose.

The next day they delivered the items to the Las Vegas New location. They were polite, efficient and took great care with the furnishings and the property. They also arranged for the cross country shipment which was delivered with equal efficiency and care. No damage, nothing lost and a very capable crew on all ends of the move.

I am glad I was able to find this guys and get a quote for their moving services. I hired them for a long distance 2 bedroom residential move. The movers arrived on time we were scheduled (they called in advance to confirm) and got right away to the job in a friendly and efficient manner. Michael, Mario and Jason worked from start to finish! They took great care with wrapping and transporting the things, were courteous in getting every piece to the right rooms, and asked us if we needed any other assistance with furniture that needed to be moved or reassembled. They really were on top of quality service. Michael came in to check the move situation and I showed him through the rooms to do so. He then told us they were ready to start the move and were quickly prepped. He notified me of the start time and truly, this man and his crew blew me away with their efficient and timely work. They took care to wrap every single piece of furniture and TVs, boxed some small stuff and a lot of fragile from the kitchen and dining room. This movers were so professional and made things so effortless and as pain-free as possible for a move! They got the job done under the estimate and I felt like we really had a quality and honest company behind it. This is the moving company I would recommend for anyone looking for moving assistance!

I and my husband hired Elite moving & storage for our long distance moving from Los Angeles to the San Francisco. The movers and the office staff were very professional and hardworking people, we had great experience in this move and we will definitely recommend to my friends.  Before we decided to hire them, we checked 4 moving companies online and from friend’s recommendations, and elite moving & storage pricing was the most competitive. We were moving from a 3 bedrooms house to a San Francisco. They first sent one person to our condo, assessed all the stuffs that we need to bring along, and next day they emailed us a detailed quote that included all the information that we needed to know. The price included truck, gas, mileage from pick up to the drop off location, blankets, free use of wardrobe boxes and unlimited tape and shrink wrap.

Michael, Joseph and Oleg came for the first day loading, and then Michael and Oleg drove up to San Francisco and unloaded everything the next day.  They took great care of our delicate furniture, dissembled and assembled beds.

First time hiring a legit moving company rather than counting on other internet sites or friends and am SO glad I did! From the time I spoke to Donna and requested a quote to dropping off the last box, the folks at Elite Moving & Storage were courteous, prompt and responsive. The move took around 1 day which is exactly what they had estimated. There were no hidden costs or anything. Bins: Donna was great in scheduling the bins to be delivered and picked up prior to and after our move was finished. Note: they only pick up/drop off on certain days. The rate per bin was not much and Donna gave me an additional discount, the bins saved us the hassle of scouring for and buying boxes. When it came to communication, Donna was awesome. She followed up 2 days before the move to let us know that we were still on schedule. She texted the morning of to let us know that they were on their way and also midway through to make sure everything was going well! Amazing. The movers (Matt, Juan, Jacob and Sam) were great and fast. They wrapped/boxed up our TV, mirrors, and tables and taped up all the drawers. Nothing broke! Fantastic!! They take credit card too which was great! We ended up tipping each person for the great work and service we got. I hope I never have to move again, but when I do, I'll be calling them.

These guys from elite moving & storage were remarkable. We've used other movers in the past, and we were unhappy at the end of the day, and gotten quotes from others, also unhappily. But if we ever move again, elite moving & storage will be our first call. 
The reason why we liked them was because they gave us a detailed quote breaking down all the costs, so no hidden charges! they were prompt & friendly customer service. On the day of the move, we got a text confirmation from Marry letting us know they were on route including the names of the movers - totally kept us in the loop. The movers that came over to the actual move, were cheerful, and friendly. These guys seemed to almost be having a good time (if such a thing is possible with such a labor-intensive job!). We noticed that during the work, the movers were incredibly efficient in moving & packing and they did a great job packing our delicate. They moved all of our stuff (including a huge sofa) down without complaint, and then moved the sofa up again when it didn't fit in the new room at the new house. And best of all came in under the quoted price, and were accurate to the 30 minute increment in terms of how much time they charged us for 6.5 hrs. instead of 7 hours. In short, really great, and I recommend them highly.

The guys (Juan, Marcos, Marco & Jose) from Elite Movers & Storage, knew what they're doing. They were super professional, easy to communicate people and they worked fast to be exact. All-around, I had a great experience with them for this moving. Thank to Donna, I was able to set up a last minute move and Donna was so accommodating and got the whole thing set up on the fly. From my past experience, moving is no easy task nor stress free task but Donna and her team of movers came and got all my stuff out of my (3rd floor apartment!) and into the moving truck and all of this was within 2 hours. They operated like a well-oiled machine and that was the main thing that made me see how this moving a stress free was and I will definitely call them for my next move. They have gained a customer for life.

I used Elite Moving & Storage recently for my house moving. I must state that everything ran very smoothly. They were able to get my entire house moved out within the time-frame that Donna provided me in the initial quote. In addition to that, I had not even one hidden charge! They went the extra time to ensure that the furniture?s that I needed to have, will take apart.  Few of the furniture?s required the hands of another vendor that was specializes in them and Donna followed-up prior to the move to ensure that everything had run smoothly with that as well. I appreciate their transparency that they wouldn't feel comfortable moving it and didn't attempt to tell me it would work out like other vendors I received quotes from.
