Another great experience with these guys. They are welcoming, professional, do great work and above all HONEST. Not knowing anything about cars, honesty is my number one requirement when looking for an auto mechanic. This shop was recommended to me by my boss who has used them for years. My husband and I started using them a few years ago and have always been more than satisfied with the results. I started with them about 2010 after a visit to EZ LUBE, where I was told that I needed some expensive work. I decided to take the car t0 Crestview and got a second opinion. I didn't need the work! These are my guys.
My Civic has since been traded in and my new lease provides for all service free of charge. So it will be awhile before I return to Crestview, but I always recommend them to my friends.

I have been using them for 22 years. They are really good and they are extremely honest. The work they have done on my car is great. Last year I sold a car and the person took the car to her mechanic to have it looked over and he said this car has been extremely well maintained and that was really because of them, because they tell me how to maintain my car. If somebody is looking for the cheapest provider they are probably not the people, but if you want the best these are the people. I would continue to use them.

took my 2002Toyota Sequoia in to them to check it over as we would be driving to New Mexico (about 700 miles). they informed me that the front brake pads needed to be replaced and I asked them to perform the work which they did. about 2/3 of the way to New Mexico, We heard a loud noise by the front wheel as we were exiting the interstate. The front passenger wheel would not roll and we had to be towed to a garage in winslow arizona. It turns out that a caliper bolt had come out of the brake caliper and the caliper fell into the wheel destroying the wheel. Fortunately, the shop that we were towed into found a bolt and we were on our way the next day with our spare tire mounted. We were very fortunate that this did not happen at highway speeds. It turns out that the mechanic at Crestview did not bother to tighten the caliper bolt which caused our issue. I went back to Crestview and requested to be reimbursed for my hotel, the work on the vehicle to have it fixed and the entire cost of the botched brake job and a new wheel. they chose to not reimburse me for the botched brake job but did buy me a new wheel and paid for hotel and replacement of the caliper bolt. The tire blew out within 50 miles of being remounted on the new (used) wheel. When I brought it back they did not want to take responsibility for the tire even though I had mentioned to them that it was probably bad. They were rather reluctant to reimburse for what they did and I will not go back as I feel that since they did not want to reimburse for the entire brake job that they do not in fact stand behind their work

Theirs is a family business, and everybody there, including the mechanics, is wonderful and friendly. They just do things that are necessary. Their price is fair and I would recommend them.

I left the car at noon with the understanding that it would be ready by 5 o'clock. They did a diagnostic test and found the reason for the light and repaired the problem. I returned at 5 and the car was ready, the light was now off, and the explanation for the problem seemed satisfactory to me. The cost was 100 dollars which, given the nature of our times, seemed reasonable and correct to me.

They wanted to do an inspection to make sure the diagnosis was correct, so I think I overpaid about $80 b/c I already knew what the problem was, but overall it was cheaper than the estimate from the dealer so I was satisfied, was completed in a day, and they were very professional.

These people are really nice and very hard working. They are externally honest and fair priced as well. They have a great business and I would highly recommend them to anyone. They are easy to work with and they answer all of your questions as well.

This is a very legitimate company that is family owned. I have been using them for better than 35 years and have always felt extremely comfortable having work done on my vehicles here.
