This was a $49 big deal purchase. It was not that great. They did the inspection, then they came back and the guy said he would be sending a report. I never got the report. It was the holidays so I called him back after the holidays and they said that they had a computer glitch and they were glad I called so could they send someone else out to inspect again for the report. I said, sure. Someone was scheduled to come out and my husband was home from work. They were already scheduled to come out so we were waiting for them. I guess he was outside so they called. I think they were supposed to be here at 9:30 in the morning, but they called and left a message that they were confirming. He tried to call back, like, 10 minutes later, and got an answering machine. They never came back. Frankly, because of waiting so long and then having to reach out to them, and then losing the report, and then having them not show up, and then having them call not to confirm, but to schedule an appointment, I just did not contact them again. They never contacted me about rescheduling. The first guy was punctual, the second guy was a no-show.
"Dear Mikael, Our big deal promotion specify that we will inspect your property and will provide you with a detail estimate of our findings and the scope of work in case you will need to have work done. We never provide any of our client with work they do not need to do in order to have their foundation in the best shape possible. We are very sorry for any inconvenience it may caused you. We strive to provide all of our clients the best customer service possible. Is there anything we can do to in order to keep you as our happy customer?"
"Hello, We are sorry you were unhappy with our service. We did explain that the inspection was $300. If work was needed, we would credit the $300 to the cost of the work, if no work was needed, the $300 would be charged for our services and filling out the form for you. You expressed you did not like that and asked for a discount and we told you that we were sorry and would not be able to change company policy and lower the rate. You continued to express your dissatisfaction for some minutes then said that you could go to any number of other places and they would do it for less money so we wished you the best of luck with this process. If anything we did was not to your liking we truly are very sorry and do hope you had a wonderful experience somewhere else! All the best to you!"
"Hello, we apologize for it taking so long to respond to this review, we are only now seeing it. We certainly did let one of our inspectors go, I genuinely hope that at the time we offered you to redo the inspection for you. If you haven't already completed your project we would love to come out and do another free inspection for you! Please call the office at 323-418-2239 to set that up, and if you have already completed it, then we apologize and wish you nothing but the best! California Foundation Works"
"We are sorry you feel that way and hope you get a second opinion. All the best to you!"
