The team at Cabinet Refresh was terrific, from the original estimating process through the finished kitchen and family room cabinet painting project. This was a kitchen upgrade with all new, high-end appliances. I wanted to change the look and feel after 20 years and increase the home’s value. At all levels there was honesty, trust and great communication. Carol did the estimate and was welcoming in answering all my questions and providing suggestions when needed. She made me comfortable knowing that they could do all I was rfequesting, including making a custom panel for my new Sub Zero that matched my existing cabinetry. Armondo and Melvin were always on time, neat and with a can-do attitude when little things came up. It was a pleasure having them in my home. I would use that team again without question! And for the cabinetry work, there is nobody better than Julio. New door hinges installed to perfection, new pulls aligned the way they should be and a terrific mounting of the custom Sub Zero panels. Everyone loves the new look. For my next project Cabinet Refresh will be the only ones I call.

Good it was a piece of cake

It took much longer than promised. We bought a new house and went with them b/c they promised they could do it before we moved in. They "completed" the job over a month after we moved in. The quality of work was poor. I had to constantly push them to fix issues, like cabinets not lining up (scraping on frame), door bumpers falling off, doors slamming into adjacent doors (needed different hinges, etc). Communication was terrible. Scott was not responsive. We had no idea what to expect day to day. Sometimes workers would show up, sometimes they wouldn't. It truly was like it was their first cabinet job ever. The worst. I hate leaving bad reviews for a family-owned business, but their incompetence caused us much stressed and left us with an expensive, very average kitchen remodel.

We recently had our kitchen cabinets, which were installed nearly 30 years ago, restained and refinished by Cabinet Refresh. They had yellowed and could no longer be cleaned. The men were very easy to work with and tried hard to come up with a new stain that we would be happy with. They arrived on time each morning and the job was done in the 5 days we were promised. We have several other rooms that need to be redone also, and we wouldn’t hesitate to use them for those projects.

They were wonderful, the best contractors I have ever worked with. Carol was a delight, Scott was great and the two gentlemen that worked in my home were the most professional I have ever seen. I worked with the contractors when the house was built and have experience with them. These gentlemen, Scott and Carol are the best.

First I interviewed 5 contractors on Angies list. Four had updated contractors license. I selected KC. CUSTOM CABINETS , Kenny Coronel (760) 848 8398. Excellent job very professional easy to communicate with and all of his workers were polite and clean up every step of the way.

It got off to a slow start, as only one person showed up on Day 1. After that, the project went very smoothly, as the full crew of 3 men showed up starting on Day 2. Hugo was the lead; he is very skilled and did an outstanding job of ensuring that all aspects of the project were performed to my satisfaction. Francisco and Alviro were also skilled and did superb and efficient work. This company provided very good value for the price, and I would definitely hire them again.

They delivered exactly as promised. Our original cabinets were solid but very outdated. After attempting, and failing, to refinish them ourselves we turned to cabinet refresh. The whole process took only 3 days and we ended up with what feels like brand new cabinets. Not only is the paint finish great, but they added some modern touches like new soft-close drawer boxes, self-close door hinges, and organizational pullouts. The workers showed up on time and were very efficient. Overall we were very happy with the results.

It went very well. The contractor showed up on time on Monday, then began masking off the cabinets. We were told that the process would take 4 days and that's what it took. They did an excellent job and we highly recommend them. We got an Angies List discount which saved us $243.50.

They started on time, performed with quality workmanship, and finished in 2 ½ days. Price was higher than others, but this was mostly offset by their responsiveness and quality.

Bravo to Scott Viers and his Cabinet Refresh team! I am "over the moon" about my, newly, refaced kitchen cabinets. After having replaced the backsplash, and granite in my condo, to better suit my taste, my kitchen cabinets paled in comparison to the upgraded renovations. So, i decided that the cabinets needed to be upgraded to complete my personalized look. After much due diligence,and consultation with several contractors I, ultimately, decided to move forward with Cabinet Refresh. I'm thrilled that I did, as the result far exceeded my best expectations! The entire process was seamless, as the crew was prompt, friendly, and super conscientious about cleanliness, after each day's work was completed. A special shout-out to Fabricio who didn't leave my home until he was satisfied that every area of the kitchen was spic and span. And my "thanks" to Julio who crafted a wood plank holder to ensure that a set of my larger dishes didn't slide in my cabinet. In addition, Scott the company owner, and overseer, in chief, is such a great guy! He's so easy to work with, and was responsive to even my perfectionistic standards. Though i was very definitive about the cabinet door type, and paint color I chose, his suggestions re: the most appropriate door handles, proved to be spot on. I'm thrilled with my new kitchen cabinets, and have, already, referred a neighbor to this wonderful company! Again, Bravo!

They sent two professionals who took down all cabinet doors and sanded them and then applied prime before spay painting them. The end result was nothing short of a manufactured appearance. I would highly recommend this company any time.
