Dennis replied same day with pricing. You then asked when we could do the work. You needed it completed in one week but we replied that our schedule allowed a two week lead time. Everything went extremely well.  Shelley coordinated the job via e-mail.  The problem had to do with the area becoming unstable because the drill hole for the faucet was at the site of the seam between the two large pieces of marble counter top.  The seam broke, marble cracked, and it was just falling apart.   I e-mailed pictures, she assessed the problem, proposed a solution, recognized the exact marble type which Best Way had in their warehouse.  She sent out two highly skilled craftsmen who spent nearly the entire day doing a picture-perfect job.  Our plumber reassembled the faucet, hot water dispenser, drain and it looks better than new.  The seams are now at either end of the sink, the faucet, etc. are in stable solid marble, and the finish work on the job is superb.  Shelley made a follow-up call to verify that all went well.  I know that this was a small job for them, but they clearly take their work very seriously.  When I'm ready to change from marble, which is high-maintenance, to another counter top, I would definitely call upon this company.  Superb customer service and attention to technical detail.

I had a great experience with Best-Way Marble. We found them via AngiesList, we did some price research and Best-Way was also the ?Best-Price?! Given that they're also one of the few stone fabricators out there who seem to get consistently good reviews, we decided to give them a try. My wife originally met with Eddie for pricing, and then Chris came out to our house for the measurements and to go through the options and finalize the details. Chris kept in touch through-out the process via email, giving us updates on the timeline and clarifying all the details and finish options -  which was great. We ordered a ½ slab of Ceasarstone, mounted on plywood, with two undermount sinks we provided to be attached. We were originally given a 2 week turnaround, but they beat that, and finished the install today, a few days early, and just in time for the holidays! The installers were first class - polite, clean, and really did a fantastic job. They arrived with the main part of the stone cut and ready, and then worked diligently on-site, making adjustments so that everything looked perfect. I can?t image anyone doing better work. We have another bathroom and a kitchen to re-do in 18months time, and I?ll know exactly who to call for our stone work. I would definitely recommend Best-Way Marble to anyone!

Great experience with Best way from start to finish. Emailed countertop spec to Shelley and was prompt in receiving a quote. The price was reasonable, but I chose them mainly because of responsiveness and easy to communicate. Javier came out to take out the old countertop, replaced plywood underlayment, and take measurements. Since I requested the main L shaped piece to be seamless, I paid add'l labor to carry in the main piece. In 2 wks, Miguel came with a crew of 3 for the install. It was indeed heavy but they had no problem installing it. It took them the whole morning, and the finish came out perfect. They did a great job and I would highly recommend them.

Very pleased. Other fabricator said I had to buy full slab and it was triple the price. I contacted Quality way before Ii was ready to install. They located and held the slab for me. Now I have a beautiful countertop on my built in buffet to match the rest of my kitchen.

Absolutely amazing work! I have had granite installed on several home renovations and have worked with several countertop companies/installers over the last 15 years. My current project was probably the most complex ? a complete renovation of a 1920?s home. This means that nothing is straight or level. I was impressed with the quick response from Eddie who was able to quickly provided the info I needed. Enter my wife: "How do we know these guys are good? The price seems low from what my friends have paid." So we went out to get a second opinion. We were at Costco and saw a flyer for granite counter tops so we made an appointment. They seemed like a good choice so we picked a slab and they worked up a quote which turned out to be double the price of Best Way.

I completed the cabinet installation and met with their installer who was extremely knowledgeable and had some great ideas on how to deal with some quarks of our job. These guys did the best job I have ever seen. I had some complex areas to deal with and it just came out perfect. We have had nothing but compliments since we started using our new kitchen. I was impressed with all aspects of this project. I highly recommend Best Way ? you will not be disappointed!

Eddie came out and gave me an explanation of my granite problem.  He followed with a quote via email the next day, as promised.  The demo team arrived at the scheduled time and did the work within the estimated timeframe.  They explained the required maintenance to prevent the problem that I had with the existing granite.
When the new granite was installed, Best Way was prompt, courteous and professional.  I am thrilled to have found them, and will use them each year for the recommended maintenance.

From the first time I reviewed their work at their factory, I was impressed with the Sales staff and work samples.  Their Sales estimator Dennis came to the house and measured the counter to be replaced.  I was fearful they'd ruin the wood cabinet underneath, but Dennis assured me they would have no problem preserving the existing cabinet.  I intended to reface it a later date.  Dennis came by a second time to remeasure and gave suggestions on what type of edge details they could provide. He emailed us a quote with a detailed diagram showing how the work would be done.   I chose a feather miter for the front, and demi bullnose edging for the sink edge and backsplach.
On the day of installation, their master fabricator (at least in our opinion) Miguel arrived on time, with his assistant Peter, with all the materials on their truck.  They proceeded to demolish the old tile, removed the wall to wall mirror, cut off the water supply, and removed the sink.  All the while, preserving the counter underneath.  They cleaned up every scrap of debris and left the room in good condition.
We are absolutely delighted with how the project turned out.  Miguel and Peter were professional, using great attention to detail and finish caulking and edging.  We now have a beautiful silastone quartz countertop vanity in our bathroom.  I'd highly recommend this company, and would use them again without question.

We recently had a bay window installed in front of the kitchen sink and went looking to find a matching piece of granite to extend out into the bay window. I knew this was a small project and we might have trouble getting a company to help us find what we needed for a decent price. Of the three local company's i found on Angie's list they where the only ones willing to give a fair priced estimate on our project and even helped us to identify the existing type of granite we had in the kitchen before we hired them for the job. After bringing a sample piece of granite to the yard they where able to quickly find a matching piece and came out to measure the following week for the install.  The install went very smoothy and after a few last minute adjustments they where able to fit the piece perfectly into place.  The install crew where very friendly and took great care in protecting the kitchen counter and sink. The finish product looks great and I couldn't be more happy with the whole experience.

The crew arrived close to promised arrival time, got straight to work, worked continuously without a break except for lunch.They were polite and courteous and asked me when there was a possibility for alternative methods of installation. I thought they were very professional and I was pleased with the results. They left the area clean and neat.

I phoned the company and talked to Eddie. He came out and did the estimate and talked with me about the project. He suggested that I go to Rio Stones and look at samples, which I did, and I picked out the slab to use. (Best Way often works with Rio Stones). I will review Rio Stones separately. On the appointed day, the crew arrived for the "demolition" as they call it, which means the removal of my old ugly countertops. I was kitchen-free for about a week while they prepared the new granite tops. The delay was a bit longer than expected, because I also ordered a faucet and sink through BestWay, and their suppliers were a little late, which was fine because it wasn't Best Way's fault. (Ordering the sink & faucet from Bestway also got a pretty good savings over normal retail.) And then, on the appointed day the installers came and did their work which took about half a day. All throughout every aspect of this transaction, everyone was courteous, punctual, and quite professional. The workers all cleaned up after themselves. I had a phone chat with Eddie about how to care for my tops, and he mailed me a brochure. I wish it could have been a little cheaper, but I feel that I got absolutely high quality workmanship from a very professional company. I would totally use these folks again, and I will recommend them to anyone who wants new countertops.

The installers showed up on Monday removed all the old granite and wood and fixed the problem with the sink that caused the first installation to fail. The installers made some recommendations to the backslash that really changed the whole kitchen. Returned on Thursday and finished the job and it looks beautiful.Thanks to all involved.

Before I contacted Best Way Marble, I had called several other vendors who considered my job too small to service. 

Both Eddie and Dennis took my "small" problem very seriously and sent two installers who did an excellent job.  About a month later, I had an unexpected second problem with the same kitchen area that was related but not due to the installers' work.  Dennis sent his installers back, at no charge, and they repaired the area. 

I highly recommend Best Way Marble and would definitely use them again for any new installation and/or granite maintenance.

They are revising their quote now because they did not get it right the first time. They did not come out and did it all through information I gave them over the phone. They did not put the bid up according to the bid form I sent them and the missed the flooring in one total bathroom. I will not have them bid again in the future.

Awesome.  We wanted to replace a marble countertop, install a new undermount sink, and replace the backsplash.  We were concerned about being able to find a piece of marble that would match a countertop we already had and were hoping to accomplish our somewhat minor project within our modest budget.  We talked to three contractors.  One came out but never provided the written estimate promised.  Another took forever to give us an oral quote and never responded to my request for a written estimate.  Dennis with Best Way gave us a much more reasonable written estimate and told us that he had two slabs of marble that may suit the bill.  We went out to Best Way's showroom to take a look.  Dennis was friendly and knowledgeable, we felt comfortable with him and decided to go for it.  I gave Dennis very specific directions regarding what I wanted and he was always quick to respond with any questions I had.  His crew came when they said they would and the project was finished in three days!  Everything looks great and we were so pleased that everything went so quickly and smoothly.

Overall everything went very well.  They were responsive, professional, and willing to work within a fairly small budget and a specific window of opportunity to get the work done.   In fact, I chose them to consider because there were reviews from large, high end projects as well as smaller jobs like mine.  They treat everyone with the same attention to your particular issues.  I got estimates from Home Depot, a kitchen specialty store, and an independent contractor - and I felt far more comfortable with Best Way  as soon as I connected with them.  I enjoyed going to thier showroom/yard and picking out my granite. and seeing the edging options.  Although Dennis (with whom I arranged all the services) was not there that particular day, everyone else I talked to were friendly, knowlegable, and very willing to spend time answering my (many) questions. In fact, when I got lost due to multiple freeway offramp closings on a Saturday morning, they guided me in by telephone!  This is a family owned & operated business which has been in the business for decades.  The granite is beautiful, they installed my new cast iron sink, and cleaned up inside and outside afterwards.  The only reason I gave them one small point off is because the caulking needed touch up and it took a while to arrange and complete it.  This is my first experience using Angie's List, and I would absolutely recommed it.  And I recommend Best Way Marbel & Tile.

Dennis from Best Way came out to give an estimate for granite counters in my kitchen and was very punctual (early actually!) and professional.  He provided a reasonably priced estimate and even tried to work with us to make it a little more reasonable.  At this time we are not proceeding with the job, but may proceed with it mid-august.   If we do, this is likely the company that we will use to complete the work.  All in all, from the experiences that we have had getting estimates for this job, this contractor, far & away was the best, most punctual, most professional, which leads me to have confidence that they will do what they say they will when they say they will do it, for the price that they have quoted.
