They were terrific and gave us the best quote. We had one issue where we thought the quote included something which it did not, due to no one bringing it up.

THEY REPAIRED OVER 5 SCREENS, AND DID A GREAT JOB HIGHLY RECOMMEND EVEN DID 1 SCREEN AT NO CHARGE.

We've had this company come twice to fix cracked panes of glass in our mullioned windows. The first time was fine, although I thought the price was a little high. Most recently, we had them fix 6 small panes of glass for $240. The two men were an hour late but were friendly and took about an hour-and-a-half to finish the job. They used torches to loosen the old putty and a couple windows got a little scorched. They also left quite a few pieces of glass around our house despite their knowledge that we have small children.

I CALLED 3 OR 4 DIFFERENT GLASS SERVICES AND FOUND THIS ONE TO BE THE CHEAPEST AND MOST RESPONSIVE. THEY WERE ON TIME AND FINISHED THE JOB WITHIN AN HOUR. OTHER PLACES TALKED DOWN TO ME AND MADE THE JOB SEEM COMPLICATED. ATWATER WAS VERY NICE AND EASY TO DEAL WITH. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN IF I NEED GLASS REPLACEMENT SERVICES AGAIN.
