Aries One Development Inc. was formerly known as Ex-El Construction, which started business in 1992 by Ziko Miric. The company first started working on earthquake retrofits and then turned its focus on single family residence remodels of all sizes as well as commercial projects. The past 21 years of construction have also included large commercial and high end spec homes. Aries One Development Inc. has worked for large companies and businesses which include World Savings Bank, remodeled 156 homes as the government, though the Los Angeles Unified School District.
